Vintrict Lean muscles. I don't want that much weight on me. Even then, my metabolism probably won't care and just consume my calories fast. If anything, I just need to eat more, which is kinda hard on a college budget. At least I eat healthy.
There's no other kind of muscle. Muscle is muscle.
I laugh when people talk about "lean" and "bulky" muscle. It takes YEARS (or roids.. and then a lot of time) to get to where you're considered "bulky" or massive. Most people could never do it, for lack of proper genetics, dedication, and food required to build THAT massive amount of muscle tissue onto your body.
All you need to do is build yourself up to the point that's considered acceptable to your weight class. You will never become large or "bulky" unless you train - and EAT - to put on more mass. And even that's not a guarantee. Plenty of people pound down thousands of calories and hit the gym without ever getting big.
EDIT:: Also, olive oil IS nasty. Downright ******** awful, unless you're cooking with it or using it to dress noodles with another sauce.
Alternately, you can do a fruit detox, which is considerably more tasty.
