	Why does Donovan sound like Optimus Prime? The Gary Chalk Optimus? Why does Anakaris sound Russian? I need to seriously bleach my eyes with the original OVA.

	Ecks X Tenkai Matsumoto And who the hell is four-eyes? harry, a human boy of destiny felicia had to protect. it's the initial meeting that has him all "you're a cat girl, get out of my room." i can't remember why pyron was trying to keep him alive and away from his brother, as i thought they wanted harry out of the picture. don't think on it too hard, just laugh at how much you liked looking at it then, and can appreciate the horror now. the one thing i'll say in defense of rikuo is that he shapeshifted, so though it looks horrid, his turning into a turtle.. frog... thing when drowning [?!] is about as correct as it's gonna get with him. I must say, I NEVER saw this cartoon as a kid. I heard about it, and back then I was stupid, and thought "hey that's kinda fun", but that was because I had no idea about the real story behind Darkstalkers. They don't have Jedah in this, do they? ._.

	Silver Alexander but when the kid ask Guild to teach him his "moves" like Sonic Boom and FLASH KICK, Guile tells the kid he'll find his own moves someday. This sounds like a conversation between Vahn and Silver. Also, I BARELY remember watching the cartoon as a kid, because I had only just discovered Darkstalkers in the arcade and even back then I was like "what the hell, this isn't like the game at all." ... also sleep

	I didn't know there was an american DS cartoon. I knew about the street fighter and mortal kombat ones though. UH OH A PORTAL IS OPENING UP hops in the van/boat and runs off

	I'd just love to see the thought process on the producers/writers. "So, what's the story?" "Of the game? Hell if I know, it's some Japanese fighting game." "Don't they talk about it in the booklet?" "Booklet? Pffft...you keep those? I bet you kept the back of the packaging your action figures came in as a kid, too. Heheheh...nerd." "...Moving on. What do we do with this Morrigan character?" "Oh yeah, the female vampire lady? Make her sound like some female vampire. Maybe she'll be like the Baroness from GI Joe." "But I don't think that's--" Producer holds a gun to writer's head "I DON'T ****** PAY YOU TO ARGUE WITH ME." Though to be fair, some of the lines/jokes aren't really THAT bad...or at least, they'd work fine in an original work in many cases. But the animation blows, and it's a horrible al-rape to the source material.

	That Mortal Kombat cartoon is absolute lulz too. I remember that one. Luke Perry as Sub-Zero, Clancy Brown as Raiden. Though that wasn't necessarily the bad part. >> If there's ANY fighting game plot I can understand screwing up, it's Mortal Kombat. You don't even need DiC to screw that up. Midway's done enough damage.

	i was just watching the mortal kombat version of this. not as funny as ds, perhaps because i never saw mk or sf [though i heard a lot about them]... those to were on usa, and i never had cable. -slides through lin kuei ninjas- "smoke! follow me!" "no!"

	...did Donovan just turn a hat into a woman? Why is he wearing lipstick? And you gotta love how these guys totally did the research. Hsien-ko definitely had huge metal hands instead of large claw weapons. And her skin was definitely a living flesh tone...because, yeah...Jiang shi are just brimming with life. Someone -reeeally- thought this recurring "strangely attractive fishman" line was good, didn't they?

	Almost chokes on Soda at the clip of Felicia driving when she answers a phone and just hangs up. I can't imagine even knowing the context will make that scene make any sort of sense. Did they cut something out of the middle of it?
