	C. Fox Uh. ThxHell yeah, Dee. I dunno what you're talking about, Wulf. You shouldn't assume a stance you aren't comfortable with/in. That's definitely true for whenever you're trying to practically apply whatever you do and mixing what you learned. Though I think that whenever you're in the middle of learning a new art, and you're practicing it, I find it's best to do it the way it's taught. That way your body adapts to what was originally uncomfortable, so you'd feel comfortable regardless. Especially since stances are meant to teach something anyway. No karateka fights practically in a deep front stance.

	I guess it's important to use certain stances to learn and practice certain techniques. Then do whatever you want after you've gotten used to it.

	what tenkai said. the fighting stance is back leg bent, but the kata (or whatever the routine is formerly called in tkd) i was learning called for straight back legs all over the place, with 90- 180- 90- 360- 270- 180- 45 degree turns.

	Ecks X what tenkai said. the fighting stance is back leg bent, but the kata (or whatever the routine is formerly called in tkd) i was learning called for straight back legs all over the place, with 90- 180- 90- 360- 270- 180- 45 degree turns. Oh god, I think I remember that. Wulf, what's the name of the hyung/kata? Gaaahh...I feel so embarassed about so much that I forgot about forms. Then again, I am horribly out of practice since I stopped seeing my sensei. Long story. @Fox: Exactly. The way I liked to think about it (I forget if my sensei told me or if I figured it out and told him what I figured) is that stances are basically stretches.

	Tenkai Matsumoto C. Fox Kichiro is the same as Tenkai except he doesn't know japanese. He probably likes pandas too. The same? ._. I dunno...I've changed quite a bit since 07. But if he likes pandas, then yes, that would be a similarity. I do like pandas, as a matter of fact. Oh and I do appreciate her. :3

	i don't know, i never saw it in writing. turn right+block, then punch. turn 180 to your left+block, then punch. turn 90 right, double knife hand. step forward, block+knife hand+kiai. turn 360, sweeping right arm low, bring the other around in a backfist. et cetera.

	Ecks X i don't know, i never saw it in writing. turn right+block, then punch. turn 180 to your left+block, then punch. turn 90 right, double knife hand. step forward, block+knife hand+kiai. turn 360, sweeping right arm low, bring the other around in a backfist. et cetera. Which level is this for? I honestly can't remember from the steps. The start is slightly familiar, but that's only because a lot of forms start off with the turn, step, punch movement.

	Ecks X white. i'm gonna head out, and leave you with this. If it's white belt, wouldn't you be learning Chon Ji? As far as I remember Chon Ji doesn't have any knife hand attacks. The next one, Dan Gun, has knife hand strikes though. But no double knife hands. I'm starting to think this is a different system of TKD. Things always change up here and there between schools and different ways of doing forms.

	ragingtofu Because I'm picking up ModNation racers after MANDATORY TRAINING tomorrow. Hell yes. It's amazing. The character/kart editor is pretty impressive. We gotta get more people on it so we can have some crazy LeviKart races. Ecks X i'm gonna head out, and leave you with this. Man, that totally reminded me of Genryu's Blade.
