Just finished watching Memento. Pretty good movie, I wasn't expecting the angle it was being presented from.

As for Castlevania, I'm pretty much stuck on Death forever at this point, since I can't find any random groups that are that far into the game (or willing to play the stage) and it's too difficult to GOD LASER him solo.

On the topic of faux-porn, I think that's why I stopped watching Dexter. Plus the story fell apart for me after the first season.

I can kinda say the same thing about Heroes.

[Edit]

... the "story fell apart" thing, I mean.

Yeah Memento was a pretty good movie.

Dexter has ended up being less about him killing bad guys and more about his personal life with his girlfriend and her kids. That happens to a lot of shows though, (House or Bones are two that I can think of) and I actually like the direction it's been going. It's also grown out of the teenage stage where it's like "HOMG BOOBIES!!!11!" I actually don't remember anything pornish from the last season.

I really think I should see the series again though. See if my thoughts on it change. 'Cause sometimes I'll like something the first time around and the second I'll be like, "wtf was I thinking?"

I hated Heroes, and I had low expectations going into it. And I mean the first season, when it was the LEAST shitty. But maybe I just wanted to hate it because everyone liked it.

Don't worry, Rage! Ill save you from that undead bully! I seem to have found a way to hit him with the beams almost every time.

I also hated Dexter. I thought the "serial killer working for the cops trying to catch himself" angle was done way better in Death Note, which was already ridiculous. I just hated the character, too. A guy poorly pretending to be a guy with no emotions poorly pretending to be a guy with emotions. That's not deep or interesting.

I guess in conclusion, I just hate anything on television that's not animated. Maybe I just have the attention span of a four year old.

Why...

... why did they make a sequel to War Games?

[Edit]

Also, I find it entertaining that anything under "Foreign" that is made in India also seems to have the tag "Foreign Musicals."

Its a cultural thing. Indians have lots of musical numbers in their movies.

I played both HAWX and AC6. And while both were good games, I found I liked HAWX better, but the music in AC6 was totally the better of the two.
Aye, HAWX was the better of the two game wise, but AC was way better soundtrack wise. Can't even remember the HAWX soundtrack and I played that much more recently than AC6.

Speaking of HAWX, 2 is out next month. I think I'm more expectant about that than Halo.

I think Twilight porn is probably an accurate description of True blood from what I've heard.

Heroes, I could never bring myself to watch it because I believe it will be an incredible waste of my time from seeing previous shows like it, and just how it looks. Haven't watched an episode, don't intend to ever.

Lastly, rewatching Firefly is always a good option.

There are only two things worth watching on TV.

Mad Men and Burn Notice.

--- Oh, and Jersey Shore of course.

Snooki has just the right body size, shape, and color to be mistaken for a large pumpkin.

But on the subject, my mom used to watch Dexter. I enjoyed a bit of it, though I agree Death Note had a more interesting play on it, even though Light Yagami is an eternal douchebag.

Aside from that, the majority of what I watch these days are USA Network. Burn Notice, Psych, and Monk up until it ended.

They show reruns of House on it too, so I watch that as well when they aren't showing new ones. Same thing goes for NCIS.

And then you have Law and Order SVU and Criminal Intent. I'm watching far too much Law and Order these days. ._.
