Flightless Butterfly The Darth Vizzle Melatonin helps a little. It relaxes you, I guess. I'd suggest ZMA, but the studies aren't conclusive yet, although it's supposedly beneficial for men and for sleep in general. What it does do for sure, is make you dream some crazy s**t. My doctor game me Soma, some sort of sleeping meds to help me fall asleep, but I can only take it when I really need it. What happens when you take it when you don't really need it?
Of the Soma? Nothing. It helps me sleep.
I only take it when needed because I don't have a big prescription, and the doctor said it's better not to consistently take it. I'm guessing that means it's potentially habit forming. I only take it on Sunday nights, right now, so I can make sure my sleeping schedule is right for school.
