Well, that had certainly been quite rude. Yao raised his eyebrows with a little smile in the Englishman's direction, attempting to brush off such a remark. 'Hangover then, ahen?' it was just a general guess but it was one of the only things most likely to irk Arthur at this time of the morning. 'Perhaps you should try to stop drinking...?' he remarked thoughtfully, shyly, though it was quiet for fear of starting a fight. He didn't want to get on Arthur's bad side, after all, as it seemed as if he was wanting to release some sort of stress... And he fancied keeping his face unmarred, unlike poor France. 'Don't take it the wrong way, Arthur... I was only enquiring after your welfare, ahen.'
----------
Roderich couldn't help it. His body tensed, his face flushed and his breath quivered at such an intimate movement from Gilbert... But he soon found his senses again. Granted, he had nothing he could really say in response to the ex-nation (it often ended up like this, unfortunately) and he felt his will to fight slowly being sapped. 'Perhaps you should keep your eyes on the contents of your case. If my body offends you that much, that is. However, I cannot say that I'm going to put my coat back on.' He murmured in a response, not wanting to blow up. After all, he would be seen as rather silly for such a thing... 'I'm touched that you noticed me.' He found himself without much to say, and feeling knotted up in both mind and body. It was all Gilbert's fault.
----------
'R-Raivis, am I glad to see you...' Toris' voice was rather faint as he smiled at the small nation, feeling as if he could hug the kid -of course, he'd not due so due to being soaked- but rather, gladfully accepted the lift in the taxi. 'I-I'll pay you back... But as for what happened today...' He trailed off, fidgeting uncomfortably in his wet clothes, feeling ever so meek. 'Sorry. I woke up a bit late, and panicked again so I called Feliks like I usually do and then we got talking so I stopped dressing partway through, but then he hung up after a little while and I wondered why, and then I saw the time and finished dressing but I didn't tie my shoes, but th-then I got into the taxi... A-and when I got to the airport I left my boot in the taxi and then... Then I got to London and it was raining but I didn't order a taxi so I was stuck wandering around, and I got lost so I didn't know where I was going and then I found a payphone and was going to call someone before I realised I didn't have any English currency so then I couldn't use it and that's when you showed up... And thank God that you did, Raivis.' Toris explained in a lengthy stammer, shivering a little as he spoke of his terrible morning. 'S-so here I am. How have you been...? I've worried.' He confessed, attempting a feeble smile.

Arthur tore his gaze off of China for a moment, glancing over at Alfred briefly. 'Japan? Why would he-?' He stopped his thought there, knowing that it was most likely important if it was Japan. That meant that he couldn't b***h about it later on. 'Bugger all to Hell,' he thought.
Glancing back over to China, his gaze narrowed as China guessed at least one part of his temper's origins. He didn't even grace the not drinking comment with an answer, knowing he never would quit. He liked to drink. He didn't particularly like the after effects, but he did like the bliss it gave him for a short period. If that made him an alcoholic, so be it. He was an alcoholic, then, and one who didn't find too much issue with that fact.
The Asian's last comment caused him to pause, his lip twitching up into a sly smirk. "My welfare, hn?" he repeated, gaze haughty. "Is it exactly my welfare you are concerned about, or perhaps - just perhaps, mind you - are you more concerned about the welfare of another?" After all, Arthur was aware of his quickness to violence when he was in this sort of mood. Most likely, China was aware of it, too.

Raivis shook his hands in protest at the others' offer to pay him back. "You don't have to! I'm just glad you didn't run into anymore trouble..." He motioned for the driver to continue while listening to Toris' terrible morning. The Baltic was known for having a bit of bad luck here and there, but this was just insane. 'Wow... I should stop whining about just having to wake up...' He thought, feeling sympathy for the Lithuanian. "I've been fine... I guess... It gets a little lonely at times, you know. But I've been doing quite well." He explained sheepishly, a little embarrassed that he was being worried over. "How have you been? Still worrying for Felkis, I see." He smiled, thinking of Toris always calling the blonde in a rush to check up.

Berwald mostly read a book on the plane trip, noticing that Peter was being oddly reserved, but paying it no mind. When the jet landed, however, the young boy practically leaped from his seat, tugging at Tino's sleeve for him to hurry. The Swede smiled at the two of them. Having a family could definitely cure any sort of worries he had. He looked back to Mathias and Sindre to make sure they hadn't fallen asleep during the plane ride. They were both awake, which relieved him. Berwald would have just left the Dane there sleeping, but he didn't want to subject Sindre to the same treatment and would have to wake them both up. Heading to the front of the plane he nodded again to the stewardess who flinched a little, but had gotten used to his intense look.
((Sorry if I'm rushing forward again!))

'Is it so hard to believe that some people are concerned about you, ahen?' Yao retorted with a small frown, feeling a bit annoyed by the abusive nation. 'It's true that I'm worried about the way you're acting towards others today, and I'll tell you that more than half of the nations here would much rather be at home doing whatever they do, as I would. Must you alienate those who are genuinely worried about you? Perhaps you should act your age and mature up rather than making petty squabbles. Alfred did no wrong.' Yao felt his voice faltering to a quiet tone, swallowing. Now he'd done it, surely. But he supposed it would take the brunt of England's anger from America. 'If you really wish to begin a fight, then... By all means. If it'll calm you down.' He brushed himself down, as if going to stand up. He was frightened of fighting England, but he hoped that his bluff would wash over without a hitch and that Arthur would decline. The thing is, he knew he'd not be helped by anyone... And Ivan wasn't here.
----------
'Ah, I'm relieved that you've been doing well...!' Toris smiled, feeling much lighter in mood. Today didn't seem so bad now, things were working out fine... And he wasn't going to be too late to the meeting at least. In fact, he owed alot to Raivis now. 'I owe you a favour now.' At the mention of Feliks, Toris went a little pink, looking out of the taxi's window with a slight hiccough. 'Er, yes, I do ring him... Occasionally.' That was a bit of a lie, but he didn't exactly want to admit how often he called his friend in worry. 'It keeps me busy, I suppose... I'm meant to be helping him paint his house on the weekend. I just hope that he doesn't look at the state I'm in today and reconsider... Or worse, laugh.' A grimace followed that statement, not wanting at all to be the subject of mockery.

It really was no use. No matter how many times he tried to relax, Heracles simply could not fall asleep...which truly was strange, as he was secretly rather proud of his ability to fall asleep at will. Heracles cast a curious eye around the room. Perhaps it would be interesting to take an interest in this meeting for once, and besides, he could talk to Kiku-kun once he arrived, which shouldn't be too long, as he seemed to be a rather punctual person. Or there was Feliciano, although the Italian seemed to be busy talking to the German. It suddenly struck Heracles that he didn't really know too much about any of the other nations. "Well, this could be an ideal time to rectify that," the Greek thought to himself. Heracles eyes rested on the small figure of China, who seemed to be distressed about something. Rising to his feet, Heracles made his way across the room.

Arthur was about to retort back to Yao's first comment, knowing that it was highly unlikely that anyone here really cared for him. They only cared about their own affairs, not his own. Time had taught him that lesson many times. Many, many times. However, something made him pause. Perhaps it was reaffirming his believe that he really was alone. After all, did he really try to alienate himself? Well, yes. He sort of did. But he sort of didn't. He...he really didn't want to be hurt again. Not like after America...not after that.
His temper eased away, being replaced with a cold emptiness that froze his words in his mouth. Quietly, he muttered, "yes, it is hard to believe that people care about me." He admitted it. Damn.
Freezing up, a flush tinged his cheeks and he scowled. "But it's not like I care. Sure, I alienate myself. I do that because I don't want to put up with stupidity and pettiness," he amended, his pride not letting him admit he was lonely. "And I am not creating petty squabbles, I am making rational criticism." He tried to will the flush from his cheeks, still feeling slightly warm under China's gaze.

Ludwig gave a warning glance to Gilbert that was most likely going to go completely unheeded. If it came to it, he supposed he could simply go over their and drag him away from his Roderich. Why his older brother insisted on trying to start a fight with the Austrian, he'd never understand. Unfortunately, it always seemed to depend on him to keep an eye on the Prussian and hurry to Roderich's rescue. Otherwise, Hungary did. And Gilbert never came out unscathed when she got involved.
Glancing over at Italy, Ludwig nodded as he rambled on. Although, one thought was brought to question. 'Why did Italy need to run from England?' After World War II, there shouldn't be any reason for Italy to deem England as a threat still. Although, judging the Brits actions today, perhaps there was reason. "Mm, that's good."
Feeling like a broken record due to saying the exact same thing earlier, he added, "I hope, aside from that, you've been well." Ludwig wished he could drop the formalities with Italy, especially since they've supposedly been friends for at least a half-century, but he just was unable.

Sitting down, Ivan felt a tinge of fear run through his spine when Natalia sat down across from him on the empty plane and proceeded to stare her creepy stare. He forced a nervous smile to his lips, setting his pipe across his lap. The bottle of vodka was heavy in his pocket, a comforting weight to alleviate the worry coursing through him 'Maybe I should have taken a run for it... Unfortunately, he was now in a plane with nobody aside from her, the pilots, and the lone stewardess that was supposed to be somewhere on the plane.
"So, when did you get in Moscow?" he asked instead, just as the stewardess walked up.
"Vodka, if you would," he requested when she asked if she could get the anything.
