"And why wouldn't i believe you?" romana grinned. She was becoming more interested the less he wanted to say.
Can't you leave him alone? Why should he answer you if you didn't want to answer him? lyude spiralled back down to sit at the half angel's feet.  

[Saphira_lights]

"Because." neo shrugged and pushed his hands into his pocket, his face partially hidden under his hat.
Do you know anything about the stone of destruction? freyr asked then shook her head. Course you won't...
Neo looked down at the little purple dragon curiously.
The Stone of Destruction... he frowned.
You did know, they just removed your memory of it. It would've been dangerous for you to know.
Freyr walked in a tight circle then headbutted Neo's leg although he didn't seem to notice.  

[Firesburn]

"Because what?"
Lyude yawned and watched Freyr carefully.
There is something strange about them...
You've only just noticed that? romana said emotionlessly.
"Because is not a good excuse." the half angel froze suddenly and quickly drew her sword. Her eyes were focused on a spot in the sky above them, her body tensed and ready to fight.
You can sense it too? she said distantly to Lyude who growled angrily and spread his wings.
Something with a dark aura. he agreed.

Neo frowned and let his hand drift to the hilt of his own sword although he did not draw it.
"What's wrong?" he asked in almost a whisper.
Will i ever get to explain this? freyr sighed as she switched to her large form and whipped her tail about behind her angrily. She also watched the sky, waiting for whatever it was to show itself.
Hop on. she ordered, bending down so that the time knight could easily climb onto her back.
You can't get hurt if they can't get near you. she growled.  

[Firesburn]

Romana spread her wings and followed Lyude into the sky. Before she left she looked at Neo and grinned slightly.
"I'll come back. Try not to get yourself killed before then."
As soon as the two figures left the ground a large black shadow seemed to fall over them. A twisting figure could just be seen in the air, the creature seemed to be a cross between a snake and a dragon. It hissed at Romana and darted towards her, easily dwarfing the half angel and even making Lyude and Freyr look tiny.

Reiko lightly landed on the ground and looked for signs of the two other knights.

"Oh dear." neo sighed and drew his sword. He watched the large snake creature force its way through the air towards the light knight.
It doesn't look real. freyr growled, her eyesight was far better than Neo's and she could obviously see the creature clearly.
Like its just a shadow. she scanned around them with her large head then plodded off through some trees, blocking their view of Romana and Lyude.
"We can't just leave them!" neo yelled.
Quiet! she snapped her jaws and hit her tail against a tree, sending several birds screeching into the air. I never said i would leave them.

Romana dropped down underneath the creature. She was easily faster than it and so was Lyude.
This...doesn't feel normal. she frowned.
Lyude shook his head and snapped its jaws at the creature. He shivered and felt like a bucket of cold water had just been tipped over him. The light dragon then flew at the creature and went right through it with the same feeling.
It isn't real! he whooped.
An illusion. Now we just have to work out where its coming from. romana said then dropped down some more.

The purple time dragon wandered further into the trees, leaving a trail behind her. She paused as a slim figure could be seen perched on a tree.
Who's that? neo frowned.
The one controlling the snake. freyr nodded then roared loudly causing the person to turn around and almost fall out of the tree before they corrected themselves.
"What are you doing?" neo called out as he jumped down from Freyr and approached the figure.
It was a pale skinned man with dark brown hair and startling red eyes. Freyr watched him carefully and noticed the fangs resting against his bottom lip.
He is not human. she growled at the man angrily.
The more Neo looked at him the more he was reminded of himself in his past regeneration. He wore the same type of clothes, had the same hair style and was around the same height. The only difference was the man's strange eyes and skin tone.
"Oh dear." the man even had the same english accent as Neo. "You found me." the man grinned and bared his fangs.
"Who are you?" neo asked calmly, his sword hanging loosely in his right hand.
"I am many things." the man shrugged and focused his bloody stare on the time knight. "You may want to ask a more direct answer if you want the right answer."
"What is your name?" neo sighed. "Let's start you off on something easy."
"My name is...Seromi. What might i call you?"
Freyr continued to growl at the man, her tail flicking about behind her in the same way as the snake creature high above them.

"There's somethimg odd about him." Topaz was completely flustered, something that she usually refused to do. She had been showing much too much emotion these while she had been in Jal'Rusai. There was no point. It just hurt more, all of it.

.: Calm down. :. Mel fluttered his wings, skimming he ground to catch up to her.
.: Easy for you to say. :.
.: Whay do you say that? :.
.: Why do you think? Its more of a problem for me. You don't understand. I've never shown emotion before! :.
.: Well, still calm down! :. He took a deep breath. She was hard to handle sometimes.

I'm never going to show my emotion again, she thought to herself. She concentrated hard on her old home. It was kind of elf-mediation, but she could do it anytime. It was how they held in emotion. It worked, but strrangely only for elves.

Romana scanned the ground for signs of Neo and Freyr.
Where have they got to? she sighed. She didn't enjoy feeling like a babysitter for the pair.
Lyude pointed one paw at three figures partially hidden by a group of trees. One of them was clearly a dragon and they guessed it was Freyr.
Maybe they know who did this. lyude thought loudly but shivered as the snake creature passed through him.
The light knight folded her wings and dived towards them with her sword out ready to fight.

"I'm Neo." the time knight sighed, he wanted to know more about the strange man but wanted to leave more.
"You have something i want Neo." seromi grinned, baring his fangs. The man took in a deep breath and gazed through ruby eyes at the alien.
"Interesting." he gasped. "I have never encountered something that is not of this world before."
Freyr growled angrily at Seromi.
"How do you know who i am?"
Seromi didn't answer and just smiled at him.
"You have something i want Neo." he repeated simply.
"What?" neo took a step closer and tightened his grip on his sword.
"I believe it is called the stone of destruction."
What was once a simple smile had turned into a smile of a demented man.
Neo froze and then turned slowly to Freyr who sat looking rather smug and pleased with herself.
Tell me. he said then continuted his circle to end up where he started.
Kaputako. freyr said softly. I don't know much Gallifreyan. she curled up in a tight ball but kept one eye on the still Seromi.
The stone of destruction, or in your own language Kaputako, was made by....Rassilon? It was made just to show his power. Although the Time Lords didn't really like it so they...broke it in half then stuck it into two people. freyr paused and grinned.
Didn't work. The two were killed and the stone became whole again. Then you came along. she paused again as Seromi moved although he just jumped back up into the tree and sat down, watching them silently.
"Don't mind me!" he called after a while. "I'll wait until you're done. It might make things more interesting."
Can't you tell me all this later? neo said impatiently.
Fine...fine. They broke the stone in half again, shoved half in you and then half in a race they didn't belive in. The other half is in Tycho.
Oh wonderful. What can this stone do...and how do you know all this?
You did know it. The memory was hidden from you. In case you went power mad.
Seromi was still sat in his tree while they were talking, looking up at his snake creation with childish glee.
If the two halves of the stone are put back together the user will gain great power. Although removing them from their hosts will kill them. If one half is removed the other half joins them and kills them too. The halves repel each other and so do the hosts...that's all i can find out. the purple time dragon yawned and stood up. She walked around the tree Seromi was sat in and watched him carefully.
Neo pushed his hands into his pockets and looked out from under his hat.
"Just one more person that wants me dead." he said to himself angrily.

Eyotto grinned. "Why yes, I know that I am quite mad, thank you for noticing."
His eyes followed her gaze into the sky and he grinned again. "Ah yes, 'tis Reiko, the Darkness Knight on our soon-to-be Quarted of Darkness!"


~At his castle~

A demon saw the trace Knight enter.
"If you're looking for master Eyotto, I'm sorry to tell you that he isn't present, and that you must now die, human!"
He erected his claws, ready to attack Rue.  

[Firesburn]

Romana landed silently behind Seromi, her sword ready to attack with.
Are you really going to kill him? lyude asked.
Nah. I'll just cut him up a bit. came the reply. She positioned her sword and pricked the skin on his back, trying not to get herself noticed.
Hurry up. lyude moaned then tackled the man off the branch and out of the tree. He ended up on top of him on the floor. Romana dropped to the ground and landed in front of Neo.
"Hello again."  

[Saphira_lights]

Neo looked from the bodies of Seromi and Lyude up to Romana standing elegantly in front of him.
"Hello." he said calmly with a slight wave. Then he returned his attention to Seromi and knelt beside him.
The man was desperatly trying to get the light dragon off him and any areas where his skin was touching his scales seemed to be burning and blistering.
"Get off him." he said to Lyude and half pushed him off.
I wonder what he wants with the stone. freyr said. She didn't seem to have noticed what was going on and was staring into the sky. The snake was writhing in pain then faded and shrank. A small figure could be seen falling. It landed in some trees away from them.
What was that? freyr asked even though Neo hadn't seen it. She got up, took a few steps forward but didn't go and investigate.
"Get it off me!" seromi shrieked. "Get it off!"
