You think that's bad? Try working with people who are supposed to be professionals, yet you find yourself bombarded with emails that exhibit some of the WORST grammar known to any culture of humans. You've got all sorts of joys: completely unnecessary and oftentimes frightening use of punctuation, arbitrary capitalization of nouns, and, for whatever reason, smiley faces.

Smiley faces, I tell you. In professional, insurance claims emails.

And since when is the use of ellipses a substitute for a new paragraph?

Her: "I thought you said you weren't getting married."
Me: "If I do, that's how it's gonna be."
