Funny you should mention that. I am playing Emerald on a vba emulator as I type this and have been all day. The only reason I've never played past gen 3 is because I lack the hardware and the ability to afford said hardware. I mean, my personal fave is Emerald because imo that's where everything came together and was perfected but I admit a desire to play the ones that came after.

Funny you should mention that. I am playing Emerald on a vba emulator as I type this and have been all day. The only reason I've never played past gen 3 is because I lack the hardware and the ability to afford said hardware. i didn't really like anything past gen 3, i would have tried it, but i'm same as you, i can't afford a new ds for the games. and i can't see 3d. so for me it'd be a waste of money to buy a 3ds. sapphire is my personal favorite, though i do wish they'd make a game with ALL the pokemon from all generations and regions in it.

I must agree with you there. All pokemon from gens 1-6 and all regions therein, plus a really kickass Team Insertnamehere and a storyline to go.....wait. Wrap your dome around this little nugget:
A single game, ya followin' me? Essentially one game that encompasses Yellow as we know it, only with a sorta LG/FR feel to it. Beat it, and you're give the option of "continuing the story" in a sort of Crystal redux done to the tune of HG/SS, but like "Yellow" kept as close to the original as possible. All 251-ish pokemon available in one vrsion just like all 151 available in the first...AND NOT JUST BY TRADING! Then we come to some years later in another part of the world, and what amounts to Emerald takes place, only still with all 386 pokemon available (and no trading required). Platinum afterwards following the same theme, and some sorta White/Black/White2/Black2 combo with...yeah all that good s**t. And then we finish it up with Pokemon....Z! The final chapter, or something.

In short, a single long-as-sin game should be made that tells the entire Pokeomn story from each of the the third-games in each gen, but 100% complete in terms of pokedex and features. Thoughts?

that'd be so much fun! the game creators really should make this game. and another thing they should do, make it like cheat code proof. i dont know if you'd agree with me x.x, but i personally hate when people cheat on games that are as simple as pokemon. I'd love to see this game though. Team Rocket should be the main antagonist team though, since they have been in the shows, maybe see the occasional team magma or aqua and i forgot the others, but definately team rocket as the lead one.

I'll admit to cheating on my vba but only because I've beaten the gen 1 and gen 3 games pretty soundly and I'm just interested now in an easy 100% completion in my spare time. Only reason I left off on gen 2 (Crystal obviously) is because this was back when I was still a noob (beat yellow at the age of like 11 and Ruby at the age of 13) and for some reason it was never able to keep my attention quite the same after I discovered RSE. Btw, by the time I was 13 I owned RBY, GSC, Ruby, pokemon pinball (gbc) and pokemon stadium for the ******** N64!! And had most of them either beaten or so soundly mastered that they ceased to be fun. And then I kinda tapered off after that. XD I was such a loser. Well, maybe that didn't quite go away. *is 21 and still having fun with pokemon*

lol nothing wrong with pokemon now and again razz i owned firered, sapphire, ruby blue and chaos black, but i never beat them. sapphire i beat but after that i kinda got discouraged from the game x.x and then my brothers took all but chaos black, blue and sapphire from me. chaos black is literally impossible to beat and it angers me, cause it looks like it can be a fun game, but ti doesn't save and it stops working after i come to the mountain.

I really don't condone what I'm about to do but I have to because for some unknown reason I feel proud of myself. So. Here comes the gloating. I repeat, I AM ABOUT TO GLOAT! WARNING! If you gots a problem with that, you are more than welcome to choose NOT to read the rest of this post.

I've now given you two warnings about what's coming up so at this point, and this makes it three so if you're still reading, and if you read the rest, you officially have willingly forfeited up your right to say s**t.

My guy, Lance Archer, just single-handedly dropped the crystal beast in Streets of Death City, despite numerous grievous wounds. And everyone else is still locked up in either crowds of smaller fish or trying to take down Scorpio or Ren. Yes, I understand that my victory was more or less arranged and conditional upon his subsequent capture and all that that capture implies, but still. I can't help but smile. Faustian deal or not, it felt good to see my boy kick so much a**. Hmmmm.....wondering if I should make him switch sides or not. Switch sides and become a villain? Stay good but become a sort of anti-hero? Or just play double-agent? sadly, I am leaning AWAY from that last one. Wait....sadly? Biznatch, I am PUMPED! It's been way too long since I've felt this amped about an rp.

Any Meisters looking for a weapon? He be easily used in conjunction with other weapons. Being a pair of handwraps makes it easy to hold other weapons, y'know. XD

But I got past that now and I just found Latias XD. They need to add an online function to that so people can trade and battle over the internet. That would be awesome.
