You know, ever since my 2 visits to Texas, I've noticed that Texas has a lot more Sonic stuff than New York..... which is where I live..... crying

Considering that 4Kids seems to have finally ended Sonic X's run on TV (reruns can only show for so long, now), it shouldn't be so surprising that the dvds are going out of print, at least for now.

You can probably still find them if you look hard enough, though. Despite what seems to be a rather small supply of them shipped to stores, I can't say I've seen them move very fast (no jokes, please : P).

But I guess the simplest way to put it is, Sonic X is over. At the moment there's no more seasons, so there's really no reason for a network to keep it running.

Well they should atleast have it on another Network they had it 1 time on Toon Disney even Adventures of Sonic The Hedgehog so y not get it on Cartoon Network in Mornings if anyone thinks thats a good Idea 3nodding

In that particular case, I think it might be a matter of licenses. I definitely wouldn't expect 4Kids' shows to appear on a Disney station, and I don't think Cartoon Network has anything licensed by them anymore (both Pokemon and One Piece are no longer within 4Kids' grasp).

I've only seen the first 52 episodes myself. I wonder how many more seasons there were after that.
If you can't find the DVDs anymore, you might want to try downloading the Japanese/Eng sub version off the internet, if you can still do that.

At the moment, there's only the three seasons that have been released already. And it doesn't appear as though there's going to be anymore; there really hasn't been that much of a demand for it.... I don't think that the third season has EVER aired in Japan (it first aired in France).

I know, so the basic and only way to get them is to go to websites like "ebay" and or "amazon" and shop online for them.

I wanted them in Japanese with English subs, but no such luck. Although having said that, I never checked out what the French DVDs were like...

*takes a quick trip to Amazon France*

Nope, looks like theirs were dubbed only.

I heard rumours that there was going to be a box set of the entire dubbed run, but I never saw anything concrete.

I've been waiting for the day for this series to die. I look forward to the next Sonic cartoon series.. Hopefully it won't be as bad as Sonic X.

I'm somewhat hoping that we'll see a subtitled release on DVD since 4Kids has surprisingly been posting subtitled episodes on their YouTube channel.

But that's probably just my wishful thinking. >/
