This part of the caverns is for the most part. fairly clean. no wheres near sanitary by todays standards, but clean for the time period that its in. this is where the Lycan's highly trained doctors and assistants work to keep the lycans in tip top shape.

although alot of thier equipment is crude it is still quite effective. and being paired up with the lycans regeneration, it is not a hard job usually being a doctor.

this cavern itself can house about 30 beds. they have wooden walls build for support as well as privacy. so this is effectivly 30 small rooms. there are 2 doctors and about 5 nurses to help with all the lycans who come and go through here.
