jean walked into ze castle curiously and hear ze sound of voices. hees keen hearing allowed him to hear what ze man and woman were saying instead he turn into ze giant archway astonished by ze many books in all sizes and colors he reached our hees hand gently touching ze spines in wonder

Layla's ears perked up slightly as she looked to the doorway, "Jean?" she had recognized him from before in the cortyard a week or so ago. Putting the book down she went over to him. "Hi again, what brings you here?" she asked politely.

Marcus didn't walk over to Jean to talk to him he just sat back and relaxed.
He watched Layla go over to him.

Bonjour Mdamoiselle i hope zat i haf not intterupted Ze books and history of ze world is what brought me to zis place he smiled kindly to her

"of course your not inturuppting jean" Layla smiles sweetly back. "I want you to meet someone" she said taking jean over to Marcus, "this is my m-.. Marcus" she had wanted to say mate but the word seemed strange to her still.

Marcus grinned at Layla as she was about to say mate but just said his name instead. He then looked at Jean and said"Well..Hello there!".

He smiled and knew ze reason for her blush and stutter but haf decided to not press ze issue "Bonjour Monsieur Marcus pleasure to meet you he nodded to him and ze madmoiselle with ze charming smile

Marcus lean't back on the couch and looked over at Layla and smiled.

he zen turned quietly looking back at ze many books again seeming at peace

"did you need any help jean?" she asked pleasantly blushes catching Marcus watching her talk with jean.
