Synopsis-
Ever since they met, emotionless Hotaru and ditzy Mikanhave been best friends, and are virtually inseparable-- that is, until Hotaru is invited to attend a strange school far away, a school for those who have special abilities known as "Alice". Unable to be separated from her friend, Mikan soon sets out on a mission to find her. After traveling to a city far away, she finds Hotaru at last, but gets much more than she bargained for. Now, she is lost in a school full of kids with strange powers, unusual animals, and has secured an immediate rivalry with the toughest little punk in town!

Synopsis-
Mikan's best friend in the entire world, Hotaru, has moved away to a school for geniuses. Mikan misses her friend so much that she runs away to Tokyo to find the mysterious Alice Academy. However, once there, Mikan discovers that it is actually a secret school for children with special abilities. Alice Academy is filled with boys and girls who can do anything from make crazy inventions to control fire. In order to stay with her friend, Mikan tries to enter the Academy, but there's a catch: she doesn't have any special powers! Now Mikan must prove herself to her classmates in order to stay by Hotaru's side.

I have found and given the synopsis of both the anime and manga. The manga is quite more in depth as the anime is as the anime is only 26 ep. long as of right now the manga is ongoing. I love the manga the most as it explains a lot more ^w^ and also I believe many would like this one if they would read it as well biggrin
