This is something I'm stealing from a board i was a part of a loooonnnnggg time ago it was a battle network RP so it was called Guess That Navi. But since this is all megaman I'm making it match.
Rules:
1. Specify what series. BN,Original,X,etc..
2. Give 3 clues at first. If a day passes and no one can guess give 2 more clues for a max of 5.
3. If no one can guess it then go again, if they do guess the first one to get it right gets to go next.
OKAY LET'S START THIS!

1. Does this hat look funny? The feathers may be a bit much.
2. Oh god...Petals.
