Bara Burakku's Mansion

Bara's house is located a few miles away from town. The yard is very lush and green, but tall, dark trees stand guard over the equally dark house, casting shadows over the front day and night. Because of the lack of sunlight, the only other things that grow on the ground are a few poinsettias set around the door of the house. The house itself is made from dark wood, with abstract, oval windows with gold and silver frames on the outside walls. Curved, intricate designs sprout from the windows, making them look like a mirror rather than a window. The two walls (front and back) curve upward in an upside down v, while the roof itself remains flat a bit below the walls, while the other two walls meet the roof.

Though the gothic-looking mansion seems terrifying from outside, the inside couldn't be any furthur from scary. The inside is well furnished, with lively furniture and bright decorations. Upon entering, your first sight is a massive, brick fireplace, with a gigantic picture of Bara's parents above it. To the right, left, and above are the other rooms, but there are no doorways. Everything is open and plainly visible, even from the other side of the house, and though the home seems cheery enough, the feeling that someone is constantly watching you cannot be shaken. Only a few rooms on the top floor (which can be accessed by two elegant staircases curving around the living room) have doors, and Bara keeps them tightly locked at all times.

There wasn't really much to say was there? The situation had pretty much explained itself. Yasuka sighed softly. Her hands and feet were not bound, fortunately. Her good behavior had earned her the right to walk on her own. The guard that was driving the black car looked a bit uneasy as he took a look at her new home as he pulled into the entrance. Noticing his reaction, the white haired female took a small glance out of the black tinted windows. She blinked. The place was a bit creepy at first, but if you try and see it from a different way, it was kind of nice. It was a lot different than what she was used to seeing, so maybe a little change was good every now and then. The only question was, what kind of master she would be handed over to.

It took only a few short minutes for the car to finally come to a stop, at which, Yasuka exited the vehicle and stretched her sore muscles for having endured such a long ride. She reached up and began to play with the spiked, black leather collar around her neck. There was no particular reason as to why she was wearing it. It was a gift from her first master as a birthday gift, so it was special, in a way. The only sad thing was that Yasuka had forgotten her own birthday, so she really had no idea how old she really was. She had always told people that she was sixteen.

The guard stood next to her as she knocked on the front door with her free hand, an unreadable expression on her face as usual. Yasuka was fairly good at hiding her emotions from people, so if she just happened to be very nervous at the moment, which she was, no one would really be able to tell. Her tail swayed slowly from left to right, almost the same way as a grandfather clock did, but at a slower pace.
