Goldensparkz Accalia Darkstorm I found a quote that is not necessarily inspiring but I believe it might help some one out there who maybe dealing with drama- "Weak people seek revenge, Strong people forgive, Intelligent people ignore"- Albert Einstein I found this quote to be true in my own life. It doesn't mean ignore your problems but if you ignore rumors, ignore mean things said behind your back it can make you life much more peaceful and stress free. Well, I must be considered weak then because I seek revenge. It's in my nature to show people a taste of their own medicine. I want people to know that they should NOT hurt others or suffer as a result. I have been trying to get rid of my major poison within me which is hatred. But it's the hardest so far, I can't get rid of the deep hatred I have.
I wouldn't say you're weak, I think it is natural to want to 'get even' with someone if they do something awful, I've often found it easy to talk people into feeling such a way, you have to be very precise with how you word things, but it could work in some situations.
Escaping hatred is difficult because it's seeded so deep into yourself that there is no way around it, you have to more so accept it and turn the hatred into something positive.

But how am I suppose to turn hatred into positive feelings?

Goldensparkz Deidrice Goldensparkz But how am I suppose to turn hatred into positive feelings? Doesn't have to be positive feelings per se , but use the energy you get from hatred to paint a picture, or do things you've always wanted to do but never got around to doing. Meditation is a good medium for things like that too, it really helps relax you, and often times you can come up with new ways to use hatred in other ways. (Ie. When I'm mad or start to think about things in my past that I'm not quite happy with I draw, sketch, write an angry letter, clean, go for a jog) oh ok thank you
No problem at all, I hope those ideas help a little. o u o
