[Semi-Private RP] It Started In Littleroot

[[Just so you know, I'm going home home for a couple days. :3]]

Haruhi wanted to relax once the camera stopped recording for a 'brief commercial', but she couldn't help but still feel tense. While she was glad this was happening, she couldn't help but wish it wasn't. Such mixed feelings made it complicated and all the questions made it even more uncomfortable.

Her eyes widened for a moment at Gloria's question and she could feel her face flush just slightly. That had definitely caught her off guard. She wondered if it seemed that way since they were in their pajamas, but still. She nodded when Kyoya replied, "Yes. As we've told you, where we are from is very different from the Hoenn region, well from what we've seen so far. Therefore, it's an excellent example and should make for a great discussion." She added, wanting all the questions to be over. It was tiring and uncomfortable, let alone they had to lie.

"What about you Miss Gloria, how did you get into fashion?" She inquired, almost hoping this would stop her questions towards them until time was up.

Haruhi almost mimicked Kyoya's watch on the countdown, wanting this to be over.

"Oh, I've been in fashion for years, dear." Gloria patted Haruhi on the knee. "I grew up watching the fabulous Gracie Grace, of course, and was hired by De Vil Industries right out of school. Of course, I had a bit of a falling-out with the president over her fabric choices, so I broke off to make a name for myself, and here I am~"

The red light clicked back on with ten seconds to spare on the clock. "Welcome back, darlings~" Gloria mugged for the camera. "We've got just a few seconds, and then ... " On cue, the buzzer rang, and the horde of flustered designers dropped their scissors and needles to the table. "Now then, let's see what we have! Armand, Genevieve, you first."

Those were the two that had been assigned to Kyouya, and they promptly bundled him off to the dressing room. Thank goodness. He'd had a sudden irrational fear that they'd make him change on-camera.

The assembled outfit seemed passable, in his opinion. Made with speed, of course it was a touch sloppy to his exacting standards. However, it seemed to match his taste reasonably well, with the exception of the somewhat baggy shirt. He re-emerged from the dressing room, only to have Haruhi sent off with her designers as well. He wondered what they'd chosen for her ...

Haruhi's eyes widened just a tad, as she was more impressed than she thought. While she didn't know the employer she mentioned, it was still impressive. Not to mention how much the crowd really seemed to be in awe and it was kind of inspiring by how passionate she was about her line of work, that was something she could very much appreciate.

Haruhi had to force herself not to flinch as the red recording camera light turned back toward them, but before she could even attempt to look awkward, the buzzer went off and she watched as Kyoya was first whisked away into a dressing room. It didn't seem to take him very long to get changed, but just as the curtain was about to be pulled open, she was being pulled toward the second changing room. This was almost normal, how the Hitachiin twins would drag her away to try on lavish outfits, not something she always enjoyed however.

In the dressing room, she started pulling on the clothes, thankful they were going to be much more comfortable to wear in front of other people. She glanced at herself in the mirror, it was strange, but this outfit seemed to fit her more than she expected. The last thing was a pair of glasses they handed her, she wondered how easy it was to get her prescription that quickly, but shrugged it off. She had fallen asleep in her contacts the night before, so her eyes could use the rest. She took out her contacts and placed them into a container before pushing the glasses onto her face. Looking into the mirror, she smiled.

She stepped out of the dressing room and looked at Kyoya. His clothes weren't exactly what she expected, but they really did fit his usual look. The designed quickly threw a small messenger bag over her head and she thanked him with a smile, that would come in handy. Her clothes were somewhere right in between of being male/female clothing. But she enjoyed that, she stood next to Kyoya in her extremely larger than her hoodie, almost appreciating the way it fit her. She gave Kyoya a quick 'this is much better' look before turning back to the camera and almost giving her full host smile.
