I know there prizes for district, region, and company wide. I don't think there was anything for store, even then I don't think my store manager would like that. She's a really nice person and she would pretty much ask me not to be counted since I'm at an advantage compared to my co-workers.

I honestly do respect her as a manager and if her (or our former store manager) wasn't at the store anymore, I would probably just leave. I've dealt with too many managers to put up with them.

That's so cool!! Let us know what you end up winning! biggrin Also that's fair lol, cosplayers definitely have an upper hand in costume contests.

A good team lead/manager makes such a difference. I've definitely left jobs before because of poor management or personality conflicts.. confused


Do you have a favorite type of popcorn/chips/other? Though I usually just make normal bags of buttered popcorn, my favorite is cheddar or kettle corn. For chips I like any flavor lol. While I like to drink alcohol socially, I can understand why people prefer not to. I think it's important to respect people's preferences.

Though "Spooky Season" is over, I started watching Sweet Home on Netflix. I like it a lot so far! I'm on episode 4

That's good! Safety is always important. I lived in southern Wisconsin for 3yrs and I was surprised how different "social drinking" is from the version I knew in Northern California. There's a lot of times I would hear of coworkers driving home when they shouldn't :s I'm glad you were there for your friends so everyone could stay safe

Technically, I'm going to be dressing up for Halloween, but I'm going to be staffing at NekoCon. But I'm bringing Stein out of retirement, so...

I haven't fully thought out what I'm going to do for Halloween.

My work team is doing Sesame Street as the theme this year, but I make costumes so I don't have extra money. I may do something like Kiki from Kiki's Delivery Service or Pokemon Go Girl, Frodo from Lord of the Rings is also possible.
