~Aiden Pierce~

Aiden's glare would shift from Leo to Lilith as she began to advise that he say no to smoking. His spongy child brain was certainly taking in the knowledge that she provided, but his expression would not change to show any appreciation for her lesson. The boy would simply release a huff of stubborn disapproval at the pair's challenge, his squinted eyes glancing between the two. Aiden knew he couldn't beat both of them. "Two on one wouldn't even be fair..." he'd mutter toward Leo's initial suggestion. The child would sulk a little as he began to play aimlessly with some loose pens on Dr. Seven's desk. His eyes would dart up to Lilith at her suggestion that he need only land one hit on her or Leo. The woman might just notice a glimmer of determination in his eyes before he quickly lowered his gaze back to the desk and muttered quietly, "That seems more fair..." The boy would shift his weight from one leg to the other. This one-hit rule seemed more feasible... Surely, he could do that much if he tried. Lionel would taunt the child internally, Go ahead then, shrimp. Prove you're not as pathetic as we all clearly think you are... In the boy's play with the pens, he would accidentally fumble one off of the desk. He'd bend over to pick up the pen, and then he'd suddenly rocket the writing utensil towards Leo as quickly as his little arm could send it. In another second, he'd grab a handful of pens from the desk and fling them all toward Lilith. This second throw would be a little more sloppy in his rush. He really didn't think he could get Lilith what with all the magic he'd seen her do already, but he figured if he attacked both Lilith and Leo at once, he's bound to land a hit somewhere. However, the child was mostly hoping on catching Leo off guard with his sneaky 'dropped the pen' ploy.

~Francis (Dr. Seven) Dutton~

Seven would gaze calmly at Lilith as she spoke of the cruelty that lurked outside the walls of St. Katherine's. "It is a cruel world," he would acknowledge, matter-of-factly. He certainly knew something of cruelty. He grew up a victim of cruelty. Heck, nowadays, he was cruelty personified; although, he targeted regular humans more than supers... not because he liked supers any better than humans, more so just because humans were easier targets. He'd learned that lesson very well after having his a** handed to him countless times during his forced stay in the prison for supernaturals.

The mysterious man couldn't hide the devious smirk that creeped across his face at the woman's mentioning of test subjects. Oh! How long it had been since he enjoyed a proper victim... The man's own lust for blood would distract him from recognizing Lilith's emanating bloodlust as he began to reminisce about his own delicious kills. Those were the good ole days for sure... before he'd ever been caught and sent to that damned prison... before he'd ever escaped, only to be roped into staying in this cursed orphanage... back when he was truly free to act on his lusts and his instincts. The man longed for those days, for that freedom and for all the blood and fun that came with it... Seven would be abruptly yanked from his daydream as pens began to fly around the room. His eyes would dart over to the small child whom had launched the artillery. What a spunky, little squirt, he thought to himself. The man missed what exactly this was that was going on, but his devious smirk softened into an entertained smile as he watched with curiosity the drama unfolding before him.

Name: Leo
Emotion: Amused
Thoughts: "Cheeky little s-""

Leo would facepalm as he heard Lilith utter the words clean hit. Not only was the kid going to do everything in his power catch us off guard, he'd probably try and take him at first. He crossed his arms and started tapping his feet, processing what she had said if it was fair. Mainly because Aiden had something inside him he's been hiding since Leo had met them. "Life isn't fair kid, sometimes you're forced to do things you don't want to do. Even if that mea-" He caught himself as he saw Aiden drop a pen off the desk and go to pick it up. Not before it was flung at him at a great speed. However, Leo saw it come at him easily and he playfully stuck his tongue out again, tilting his head slightly to the right. Hearing it zoom past his head, Leo shakes his head. "You really tried, you cheeky little sh!t. New rule, you have to beat me in a fight! But getting a hit on Lilith is still going on, got it?!"

Lilith Eclair

Lilith had her back turned to everyone as she attempted to abate her bloodlust, and was inspecting the classroom supplies to see what she can use to supplement teaching the little boy simple letters and words for reading.

The unexpected barrage of pens thrown at Lilith froze a couple of feet away from her back and dropped like a bag of bricks onto the floor covered in crystal clear ice. The pens shattered like glass upon making contact with the ground.

Lilith begins to giggle at the child's sneaky and underhanded attempt to land a hit on her and Leo. She turns around and makes a very big and obvious flicking motion with her pointer finger. The temperature dips slightly as a decent dodgeball-sized clump of soft fluffy snow materializes a couple of feet above Aiden's head and begins to freefall towards him slowly.

Lilith still giggling: "That was a decent attempt I suppose, but now you have to have an actual real fight with our friend, Leo over here because of it."

DV, seeing the tomfoolery unfolding before him, turns his right hand palm up and conjures a solid ball of ice 1 foot in diameter and prepares to launch it at Aiden. Lilith, noticing this, flicks her other hand toward DV and the ball launches at his head instead making a solid thunk sound as it makes contact with his forehead. His head snaps back from the impact as the ball explodes into pieces of shattered ice after it hits him.

Lilith: "That's gonna kill someone if you hit a person with it. What's wrong with you?"

DV: "I merely wanted to participate in the horseplay that is going on at the moment."

Lilith: "You were going to launch a deadly attack, that's not horseplay, that would've been murder. You need to learn how to be gentle around other [more normal] people, we're back in the orphanage now."

DV: "I suppose others are more fragile than you are, I will take that into account for next time."

Lilith sighs and shakes her head.

~Aiden Pierce~

Aiden would frown in annoyed disappointment as Leo dodged the thrown pen with ease and a taunting tongue. The child's eyes would dart hopefully to Lilith just before all of the pens aimed her way froze in mid-air, clunked to the floor, and shattered into bits. The child would gaze on with uncertainty as the young lady twirled to face him with a giggle of delight and a swish of her finger. A shiver would run trough Aiden's body as the temperature dropped whilst Lilith cast her ice magic. Realizing that her finger motion indicated some kind of spell in the works, but not seeing anything unusual or thinking to look up, Aiden would gasp in surprise as a dodgeball-sized heap of fluffy snow plopped atop his head and shoulders. "Eh--!? It's cold!" he'd yelp as he vigorously shook and brushed himself to get all of the snow off in a hurry. The boy would then throw a disapproving and frustrated glare toward Lilith just as DV had finished loading up his attack. "Woah--" The child's eyes would grow suddenly wide as he raised his hands in some poor attempt to block the next attack. Luckily, Lilith would put a stop to the assault before it began, and Aiden would slowly lower his hands to cross them instead across his chest. The boy would stare warily at DV whilst Lilith lectured him. Normally, the small child would object to somebody referring to him as fragile... but in this case, he'd let it slide. Better deemed fragile than have a 1-foot-diameter ball of solid ice launched into his skull.

After a short moment, Aiden would shift his gaze back to Leo as he pondered the new challenge. The child had already caught a glimpse of Leo's fighting on the playground before. He did appear to be pretty skilled. But maybe Aiden could fight pretty good too... he hadn't really tried much before. Lionel usually handled the confrontations. The boy would shift his weight from one leg to the other as he glanced away from Leo, "Whatever, I could beat you in a fight easy! But you'd probably cheat and use magic... And I'm tired right now anyways," he'd yawn, this last comment not so untrue as the first. The boy would move to sit on top of a nearby student desk before rubbing his eyes a little.

Emotion: Bored
Thoughts: "You're not even.."

Leonardo had taken a seat down at a desk, directly next to the desk Aiden had hopped on top of. He glanced his way before sighing in amused annoyance and looked at the squid and Lilith. "...no thanks, fighting the kid would be a waste of time if he doesn't try and learn something from it.." He was starting to wonder what exactly they were doing in this classroom exactly, but was just now along for the ride. Leonardo didn't have enough energy to keep up his facade and just chose to lose his personality for now. He placed his head on his fist, as he leaned on the desk and waited for another one of the kids attempts at attacking him. They were all minor, and easy to avoid. It seemed like the kid was only a good street fighter. He smirked at the child. "...also. Hey squid, seems like Lilith there has you on a leash. Funny."
