For Cardio I usually listen to something with a good beat, usually techno, but lyrics also help because I get bored quickly doing cardio work razz

For weightlifting though, usually Meshuggah, nothing gets me working quite like some seriously raw, brutal metal.



i am very much the same with my workouts- i do the techno or dance stuff to cardio, then beef it up with some metal during strength training- my personal favorite while lifting is some as i lay dying... that stuff gets me pumped up like no other for some reason, recently!

Good call, I've never worked out to AILD but I'll put some on my mp3 player and try it.
Been doing my cardio to a band called Innerpartysystem lately, well worth a listen, Last Night in Brooklyn works great for me, good beats, with good lyrics to keep my mind occupied.

i love lifting to metal. it has a sense of power, and a good steady beat usually for me.
