System: Shadow Lands
Game Setting: 1920's America, but can move around anywhere in the world at that time.
Summary: It is the aftermath of World War I, and out of the sorrow of the war comes a possible rebirth for the world as a whole. Europe has been utterly destroyed and its people are suffering, while America makes the best of the situation and gains in power. While all begins to seem well again and the military begins its task of rebuilding all that was destroyed, something sinister lingers in the air, and the promise of a secret dark prophecy that modern day people have forgotten comes in to the light and begins to stir chaos.
How to Play: Each player will fill out a simple character sheet, just detailing the name, age, gender and profession of their characters. They will then be placed in supernatural situations within the world where they will then attempt to survive whatever is thrown at them. Characters may interact with one another, and the Game Master will be in control of setting the initial scenes and narrating the story so that RPing can continue to commence.
Scenario One Setting: The player characters are all staying for one reason or another (state your reasonings in your first post) in a small Bayou town in Louisiana. It is in the middle of the night, the frogs and toads and noisily croaking outside, and the mosquitoes are thick around any form of light. Since its a sweltering and humid evening, the characters have decided to visit the local Bed and Breakfast, which is an olf run down log building built on stilts to protect it from flooding. The place is run by a very old woman of Native American decent and her grandson, and smells heavily of apple cider and cajun spices. The building was un-accesible by land and the characters had to arrive by boat to get there. (More setting changes and story changes after the first few player posts. Have fun!)
