I challenge you to find an official picture of a Touhou girl that does have boobs that isn't Yuyuko or Yukari. Honestly, it seems like the world of Gensokyo is just a world of flat chests. Tsurupettan~

I think that someone mentioned something to the effect of ZUN having a lolita complex? Jokingly, mind...

But, at the moment, I can't... mostly out of lack of effort.

Of course, ZUN's obsession with little girls is only exceeded by his passion for beer.

In any case, it's difficult to draw the line between official and non-official artwork when it comes to Touhou. If you're talking about ZUN's art itself, then naturally there are none to be found because he always draws them like little girls and the clothing baggy anyway.

However, if the artwork in official print works is to be trusted, then Sakuya, Reisen, Eirin, Ran, Aya, and even Tewi have some sort of chest.

Although Marisa, Suika, the nine squad (Cirno, Mystia, Rumia, and Wriggle), and I guess Utsuho are also cool. Yuyu beats em all, but still.

I pretty much like all of em, actually. Except for Remi. I mean, I like her, but she's hell in IaMP. (And also SWR but she only pops up in Reisen's story so it doesn't really count, does it? I don't think so.)
