*Note: All customs must be of pokemon that were playable in the original Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald games, because that's been the theme of the raffle. (You can get pokemon that evolve into new stages at later games, such as Duskull, but you could not get that later stage to start.)
- The Rules
• Do not discourage others from buying tickets, or flaunt your funds.
• Items are not accepted.
• Minimum number of tickets you must buy is 10.
• Tickets are 1000g each. Double check to make sure you send the right amount!
• Send trade immediately to Pandashroom Pogeys after posting the form for tickets.
• You may only win one pokemon from this raffle.
• Maximum number pokemon in the raffle will be the number of different people who buy tickets.
• If incentive unlocked adds a new pokemon to the pot and we already have the maximum amount of pokemon in the raffle, new pokemon cannot be added until a new person buys tickets, or is gifted tickets.

Incentives
For every 500k tickets sold, we will add one more pokemon to the raffle prize pot.
In the interest of preserving the sanity of our busy colorists, after the first 10 additional pokemon (5 million tickets), new pokemon will be added every one million tickets sold. Sorry for this, Qix is dumb and can't math.
