Goddess Title: Goddess of Blue Mist; giver of daydreams

Powers: The main strength is to provide daydreams. These differ from your normal dream, i.e. the REM you have at night, because it is induced by the person and carried in any direction they wish. I make sure that daydreams are not dangerous - they will not swallow you into madness whenever you need an inward place to yourself whenever you're bored, need inspiration, or just need to think things through. I also have some limited power over mist, fog and cloud, and hence some water manipulation (hydrokinesis). I don't like violence, but anyone who messes with me will swiftly find my combat boot up their nether regions.
History: Well, what can I say. I take a mortal vessel to be the Goddess: the power of Blue Mist has passed down the same bloodline for generations and generations, usually through women but only a total of seven men have ever held the title. The spirit instigates itself from mother to child through birth, and wakes when the child is eight years old. S/he would already have been told about it (if not, the consequences for all would have been catastrophic, almost) and passes on to her child. Hence, it is a requirement for every endowed female to give birth, and if a male to pass on his seed honourably.

~Goddess Description~
At the age of eight, the form of the Goddess is easily recognisable. Turquoise blue eyes which glow in water and change to navy when angry; golden brown hair, long to the waist in girls (unless cut) and to the nape-of-the-neck in boys. A preference to the colour blue, and an interest in people's thoughts. The hydrokinesis shows quite early. When the child reaches teenage, s/he mostly has the full Goddess powers and can sink into his/her own daydream, enabling them to do their magic, talk in telepathy, or fly on silver wings which would have been seen at their birth, but never since.
