neokitsune White tipped paws trotted over the ground as the huge lioness slumped exhaustedly across the grounds. Khepri was in a fantastic mood despite her evident exhaustion. Her golden eyes flashed happily and her tail swished to and fro behind her. It wasn't just that she'd made it to the Ela', it was that she was FINALLY here. Tears streamed down her face from pure joy, after all the months of wandering all over the savannah, Khepri had finally found her way to where she belonged. Stupid female, how'd you mae it here? How could you manage when we tried so hard to keep you from it? The voices goaded at her as she almost collapsed. But no, no she couldn't collapse yet, she had to find someone, had to ask the questions she wanted to ask, had to get the answers to all of them. But was there anyone around? The female didn't know. Lifting her head and taking in her surroundings, Khepri gazed off at the climbing hills and the mountains of clay, the soft grass and the many trees that seemed to be everywhere. This place seemed like heaven on earth and Khepri wasn't sure if she really knew how to react other than to cry from joy even more and sit down on her haunches, head hanging and shoulders shaking with laughter. "Ah finalleh made it...." Khepri said in her thickly slurred accent.

A big yawn came from a sandy colored lioness that was taking a rest under the cool shadows under one of the many trees. She streched out her front toes and then her claws, all of her legs looked like they had a white stocking on everyone one of them none of them was holding more white then the other.
She flipped away a few flies that annoyed her as she starred out at the area with her brown eyes. She licked her dry lips as she blinked a few times..why was this place always so boring there was never anything to do or barley anyone to talk to..
The lonley female rolled over on her back and sticked her tounge out that proved how much she liked this land right now. Sure there was always Ona the ela male that brough her into the ela lands and his compantion bird Kucha...but not today she wanted to do something new.
" Whyyyyy can't it happen something new around here " she sounded like a spoiled little teen girl.

neokitsune A strong pair of shoulders rolled as the large crimson female stood and started to walk further into the lands, her eyes watching everything around her. There didn't appear to be anyone around at all, at least not from what she saw. Fiery fur stuck out against her surroundings as the female walked, her spine twisting with each step, body moving slowly so as to not spook anything. Was there a hope of her finding anything? Was there a chance for her to even bump into someone that would KNOW the answer to the questions she sought to have answered. "hello?" Khepri called out loudly across the savannah. Her voice could carry for at least a quarter of a mile across the grounds around her, but the female didn't expect an answer, didn't expect to find anyone. Bodaway had told her this was where the Ela' were... but she didn't even know if he were telling her the truth or if they existed. Maybe the weren't even LIONS. That thought made her sit down in the center of a clearing to ponder all the thoughts running through her head. All these months searching for the Ela' and they might have simply been BIRDS or something. Khepri smacked a paw to her face.

Stroking her white paws over her chest the female yawned once more when she suddenly heard something...oh? was it someone else out here? how strange she tought and that voice didn't sound familiar either. She perked her ears in the direction of the unfamiliar voice as she flicked her tail in curiosity who could that be?
Oh so much fun <3 maybe she finally could found someone new to talk to " Hallooooo~~ " she called back out with a happy soft voice that still sounded very childish but this female would probably never grow up well not in her mind. She rolled over on her stomach and streched out her body once more then she stood up so she could see the creature that called out..
She rolled her shoulders and purrred lightly as she looked around. Ok what to look for? then she saw something red that didn't belong in this area maybe that was it.

neokitsune Red ears flicking forward, Khepri heard a response and let a smile lilt over her snow white muzzle. Golden eyes danced across the ground and landed on the copper colored female that was stretched over the grass on her belly. "Oh hello." Khepri called out to the other, taking a few shy steps forward, "Do yo' live 'ere?" White tipped paws dug into the ground as she blinked in confusion. She didn't want to get too close incase what she'd heard had been a lie and they weren't really that good and were instead wicked or something. Yet she couldn't put her paw on anything other than sweetness comming from the muzzle of the other. So maybe she would have to simply give in and accept that she was kind? Life had been too much of a fight for the large ex-firekin, she viewed everything as dangerous first and as kind later just incase something should happen, the scars that shined on her shoulder and on either side of her neck proved to those that peered at her that the female hadn't lived a soft life.

She started to walk towards the red female apparently she had never seen her here before she was probably new around this area how great! making new friends was always fun and since she just had Kucha and Ona this was really great!
Wagging her tail as she walked with light steps on the soft grass she watched the female she looked just so cool with all that red she wounderd where she had gotten all those colors from " Yes i do live here " she tried saying it in the accent that the other female had but it was hard but fun to test mostly everything was a game or a challenge for Pona.
Meeting another female reminded her a little of her sisters she lost as a little cub she missed talking to a female.

neokitsune The edge of her muzzle quirked as the other tried to use her accent, that amused Khepri for some reason. She had failed miserably at it, but someone had actually liked her accent enough to try to mimic it instead of mocking it or laughing in her face. "So then... yo're an Ela'?" Khepri asked shakily, watching the other's expression carefully so she didn't step on any toes. After all, she might not have been or might have been insulted by Khepri thinking that she was. With as sweet as she was, it was a downfall of the large red lioness' that she was so kind, that she actually cared so much that she tried not to step on any paws. That was why she had so many abhorrid scars and why she looked so steeled in her body, her muscles so strong and thick that her body looked to be nothing BUT muscle and fur and bone. Each movement that Khepri made had her muscles rippling beneath her incredibly short fur, her fur standing on end in places as she did so because it was just that short. All the fur on her neck and shoulders did stand on end however just from how it grew. Khepri was definetly a strange looking lioness and as she peered at the other before her, she marvled at her longer fur and at the long puff of hair that came from the top of her head. Khepri was bald up there after all.

She licked her lips gently talking difrently was really hard but it was always fun to try new things well atleast accourding to Pona her poor friend Ona was more the opposite he was still afraid of everything that silly boy. She was the bravest of the two of them not him heh. Swirling up some dust with her tail wagging across the ground the female smiled towards the other.
" Oh me an Ela? well not really but i came here as a cub...but my friend Ona he is an ela " she said and giggeld happily she sure seemed to be curious of the ela's.
Hmm who could this girl be? she had never seen anyone like her with those markings or colors so odd she looked. Pona that mostly behaved like a tombboy was very woman like in her body compared to this female maybe she where raised by brothers the poor thing.

neokitsune Blinking her golden eyes tiredly, Khepri kept her frown from her face when she discovered that the female wasn't actually an Ela. But the fact that the little female had been here for a long time was a good start. Maybe she could answer her question? Well Khepri wasn't about to ask her randomly about it. "Oh so yo've been 'ere a long time eh?" Khepri asked gently, smiling with her pretty white muzzle at the copper colored female before her. Khepri had to admit that as she gazed at the other female she felt a little jealous. She was delicate looking and her copper fur seemed to shimmer in the sunlight, where as Khepri was fire itself and looked like she'd been raised from a cub to fight, looked more a male than a female in fact. She was built and shaped like a bald male that was lacking in an area or two. But this female... this female appeared as beautiful as any flower Khepri had ever seen, it made her blush slightly from how rough she herself must have looked.

She strutted around the other female so she could see her better she sure looked a little strange but she was probably really nice you should never judge someone by there looks. And she was big as well she tought she was tombboyish but this girl she took first prize on that catagory.
" Ah well i grow up here so well you could say that...but i don't have those famous ela markings sadly they are pretty " she giggeld maybe she could get small cute babies with ela markings one day she just hoped she wasn't to imature for that.
" I am Pona what is your name? "

neokitsune Watching the much smaller female move around her, Khepri tilted her head to and fro, keeping her golden eyes on her at all times. It was a habit that she'd picked up from cub-hood that had stuck with her and been emphasized when she'd been attacked by the smaller black and brown male that had scarred her neck so horribly. You could never take your eyes off of someone you didn't know, even if they appeared to be the kindest lion or creature on the savannah. Not to say that Khepri expected this female would attack her, but Khepri didn't really want to take that chance. She could hold her own and probably all but kill the female in the blink of an eye considering how soft she appeared, but Khepri didn't like violence. HATED it in fact. So she let herself attempt to relax in the other's presence. "Markin's?" Khepri asked faintly, "They got markin's tha' are differen'?" Well that would certainly help her find a true blue Ela' wouldn't it? "Well mabeh yo' can get some clay an' put yo'r own markin's on yo'rself?" Khepri offered up after a moment, thinking that markings were something born but you could always fake that you had them. Though Khepri's only markings other than her white were her scars.... "Mah name's Khepri. S'a plesah ta meet yo' Miss Pona." She inclined her head in a sort of bow, the scars on her neck that looked like a necklace shimmered as the light caught them.

She pawed at the other females tail maybe she would welcome her with something nice...she tought oh i know and then she just skitterd of behind one of the trees to pic up a dry pink flower that was growing under the cool shadow. She then placed the flower behind the other females ear " So there you go~~ everyone need a warm welcome "
Then she raised an eyebrown...ohh copy the ela markings would probably be to hard to do errrr they where to advanced to copy you had to be born with them or else it was impossible " Umm well you see ela markings is pretty advanced they would be hard to copy you see " a giggle came out from her small mouth again as she smiled.
" Nice to meet yo too " she tried out that accent again but she failed.

neokitsune The flower behind her ear made Khepri blush, it seemed quite foreign there on her sturdy body. The flower most likely looked stupid on her, looked like it would never quite belong or anything... but then Khepri didn't exactly know what it was that she expected to be on her. Was she supposed to look like a female at all? Probably not right? Well at least it was a pleasent gesture from the other, an attempt to welcome her and Khepri let a shy smile spread over her muzzle once more, nodding her head and flicking her ear to adjust the flower into a more comfortable place on her ear. "Ah... th-thank yo'..." Khepri stuttered softly and shyly, her gruff voice ghosting from her muzzle gently as she tried to hide how embarrased she was to have a flower or anything pretty at all on her person.
"Oh they're advanced?" Khepri asked, "'ow're they advanced?" Her eyes watched the other female as she tried to copy her accent again and she chuckled under her breath at her. At least she was a pleasant little thing.

" Well you are a girl right and flowers look good on girls so well maybe pink isn't your color but i couldn't find another one " she probably tought she was weird i meen picking up flowers for strangers but she used to do the same with her sisters so why couldn't she do it now.
She looked up at the female maybe there was better food over there she came from...maybe that was why she gotten so big? or maybe her parents where big ah well who knows and well who cared really. " Yo are welcome "
" Ah well you see they kind of look like this " she picked up a small stick and drawed a few ela markings on the dry ground below them sure her drawing skills wasn't that great but she had to show Khepri.
