I got this idea from College Dorm Rooms. How they always post stuff on their bulletin board's so that other's can read it.
So with that being said here's the first bulletin:
Check out Spektral's Associate Guilds and go to Librum of Chronica for a new update about it. Make sure you check this forum frequently to see what's going on in the other guilds. And make sure to check this bulletin board frequently, especially since special announcement's come up here from time to time.

This would be the perfect place to put miscellaneous bullshit. Brilliant.
From now on, I'm putting announcements related to this guild here. In fact, anything can be on here from anyone. This will be the bulletin board of Spektral.
Since I'm captain, I'll find some way of drawing attention of new important announcements that pertain to members that read these posts.

OCTOBER 5TH
Will be the day for the voting on the school mascot. Suggestions will continue up until this time and the winner will be placed on the homepage.
The person that suggested the mascot will also receive 3,000 gold for being right on.
From now on, anytime you see the post (New Announcement), following this bulletin board, that indicates that I or a member of the staff have a new message to be read on this announcement board, that might be important.
(Note:In some cases it might have a number preceding it to show the number of new announcements that have to be read.)

To anyone reading this message, please send me a message so that I know whether or not you're still involved with Spektral.
Cuts will be made on September 24th. Anyone that doesn't show that they're involved might be cut due to inactivity.
This includes new member's to the guild also.

THE POETRY THREAD
I've been receiving a few requests to include a poetry tread. It sounds like a good idea, and by popular demand, I'm going to include one in for this guild.
Even if it's utter nonsense, or two lines, it can be a poem and people can comment on it in the tread.
Go and check it out if you think that it's a good idea too.

NEW ACCOUNT FOR SPEKTRAL
[New Announcement as of 11/19/2007]
I have just created a vault for Spektral. If you want to donate to the guild in itself, go on the home page as usual to add in money for a new forum or two. ((As that's where your money goes fortunately/unfortunately.)) But if you want to donate for new banners, new sigs, or if we have a contest or a raffle/lotto drawing, this new account will be for stuff like that and other forms not related to adding a new forum. You may also donate whatever you want to the account for safe keeping. If you want it back, please send me the name of the item.

HOMEPAGE CHANGE
The next new big announcement for Spektral is that the homepage is changing. Of course if you've come to Spektral recently you'll have already noticed. But since it is being worked on I would like input on any suggestions of things to say along with pictures perhaps that can make it better.
If everyone works out, it should be done by November 30th. If you have a suggestion, do it by then.
When making a suggestion do it here and please do it as a reply to this comment. Why? Because we are professionals! And also because this is a bulletin thread. Thank you for reading.
