The Light Academy has been a place where many people have come to learn. Surrounded by the Desua Mountains and the Deadly Desert, the students here are free to study and train without worry of attack. The institute has a shed, stable, horse training area, and the main building.

The smell of horse manure comes from the southwest corner of the academy. Horses are brought to the stable there. They are given a stall, food, and care. Their waste attracts a lot of flies. There is at least one stable hand present at all times. It is their job to take care of the horses: feeding them, cleaning their stalls, getting them ready when someone asks. Saddles and bridles are hung up on the walls. The fodder is kept outside to prevent any between-meal snacks. The building itself is a tall, wooden building that has been painted red. Two huge doors are there to allow the horses an easy way in and out. Several windows have been put in so that the smell is bearable.

North of the stables is the horse training areas. It is a circular area with two rings, one inner ring and one outer ring. The inner ring surrounds a small army of targets to allow students a place to train their long-range skills on a horse. Most of the arrows and spells miss their target and land on the nearby ground. It is obviously a difficult skill to master. The outer ring is longer for a reason. The inner ring is used to practice maneuvering. The outer ring is used to practice speed and endurance. The rings are separated by about ten yards of dirt, Entrances to the inner ring is located at the east and south side of the outer ring.

The shed is a simple, wooden building in the northeast corner of the Light Academy. It is mainly used to store tools and equipments that the school needs. The door can be opened by sliding it to the right. Once inside, shelves stuffed with books and scrolls can be seen covering the back wall. An assortment of tools, like hammers or axes, can be found in the stacks of boxes that are set to the sides. There are no windows, and dust covers the entire room. Who knows what might be hidden in here?
