he's just old and it was always known that he was gonna go when it was near the end of his career so I he might just be there a year or two. I have complete confidence in holden now and honostly DeRo didn't do so hot last year anyway. what I'm more worried about is losing Jaqua in the expansion draft. plus if you look at the sounder's players that they already have they could be a surprise to many people.

but still hes always been part of the dynamo to me. i started watching soccer the year before san jose moved to houston and he was on the team even then.
yeah, we lost jaqua once last year, and personally i think that they ruined him. he didn't do as well this year when he came back as he did when we had him before

Casting Pearls night yeah, we lost jaqua once last year, and personally i think that they ruined him. he didn't do as well this year when he came back as he did when we had him before thats not true he didn't score as many goals but he has improved a lot. he's more involved in the game now he's not just the big man he goes out for the ball. before he was always up real far trying to get some good balls into him, but now he tryed to get the ball work with it pass it off then go sprinting up. It's actually better the problem is he didn't seem like a player he seemed like he was on the field and just kindof did the small stuff unlike last year.

I'm more worried about Jaqua we need to fill that void BEFORE the season starts instead of midseason then squezing into the first or second seed spot.

I KNOW!!! im REALLY worried cause i don't know of any one in the league that might be released and is good enough to fill that spot...but Chris Gomez is supposedly looking to leave the Rapids so he'd be good...but isn't he a midfielder? i forget...

we definatly have fwd covered now, but we still need a backup for holden. what happens if he gets hurt or is called up to the nat team? the only thing i can think of is start ashe on the left and davis in his spot but u still have to have a backup. we've been prone to injuries during bad times and most of the time we can cope with it but we need a backup for him
