Since seastone is rare its use is restricted according to rank.
Seaman Recruit: Is allowed only one seastone equipment, it must me ammunition. A maximum of 1 seastone weapon can be held.
Chief Petty Officer: Is allowed to make a melee weapon but it cannot be pure seastone, only a part of it may be seastone. A maximum of 1 seastone weapon can be held.
Captain: A captain is allowed any type of seastone weapon. A maximum of 2 seastone weapons can be held.
Vice-Admiral: A Vice-Admiral is allowed any type of seastone weapon. A maximum of 3 seastone weapons can be held.
Admiral: An Admiral is allowed any type of seastone weapon. A maximum of 4 seastone weapons can be held.
Fleet Admiral: A Fleet Admiral is allowed any type of seastone weapon. A maximum of 4 seastone weapons can be held
Seastone Weaponry:
Seastone Ammunition: Ammunition made of seastone. These are usually small, bullets or things of that nature. They do not need to be bullets but keep this in mind:
Once they make contact with a bullet the seastone will take effect when the bullets grazes or goes straight through the opponent it will also take effect. However this is not the optimal way of using seastone because the effects of seastone only last as long as the seastone is touching the opponent. If the bullets graze or go straight through the opponent they will no longer be affected.

Seastone Melee Weapons: Swords, staffs, knives, daggers, etc. These weapons are used in close combat. They are effective because in close combat they will be able to touch the opponent's skin.

Seastone Accessories: Handcuffs, pendants, etc. etc. These are basically any items that you can think of. These can be useful in battle depending on the accessory.
