Marking Description:
White snout, chest fur, all her paws, ears (near closer to where the skull begins) and belly (SOLID WHITE BRUSH) and on her tail she has a white airbrush. Than she has a band of#00A33Fin all of those place except the tail, chest and belly. On the band she has assorted dots in the color palette in refs.
Chopstick and Bead Colors:Bead colors : #70ADB1 & #8BDEA5.
Chopstick has a peacock feather kind of design?
Collar Color: White with the same kind of dots she has on her markings.

She has hair #265 in the ref, only darkish grey. Her hair piece should be more "jutted out" and kind of like a tiara? PM me back if you have a question...I'll....I dunno I'll do something.
Another part of the hair piece, is that she has pieces that string out from the tiara (similar to what's on a peacocks head, see Peacock in refs) only the part that keeps those little shiny blue things up is longer and goes past her ears. Where the long thingies start on her tiara she has a "peacock head clip" like the ref.
She has gold bangles on her front paws like the reference bangles. On her back legs, the type of jewelrey she has are a row of beads, than a golden x than another row of beads. At the end of the top row are peacock feathers.
If you have ANY trouble with these descriptions tell me. | -| I'm bad at description making.
For the colorist brave enough to attempt this I have a better idea to explain...but I'll tell them then. >3

+She has #30BDFE, than black airbrush with white showing still on her forepaws and tail. She should have about a size 8 px brush with scattering at 607% (Not both axis) and count at one brush on her tail and front paws. Random whole dots are colored as white, #3993C7 & #3975BF.
+Black freckles on snout.
+Below her eye (like Rina has above) only a hard brush and two colors #898989 and #29AFEE.
+Speckle on "butt" brush size 4 with a scattering of 976% both axes and count 3. #47E1F7 on the part closest to tail, otherwise #B7BABA.
Wing Color: Same kind of markings on tail.
Horn Color: Same kind of markings on tail and horns.
Chopstick and Bead colors: Chopstick is white and black stripes. Bead colors are white and #28A9E5.
Collar Color:Top line is #498ADB with a piano key pattern beneath.
