i got one
top hollow hunter:aka the mission is about two people of soul reaper who fight by getting through 10 hollowos theres exactly ten for each there is a person that keeps count of the time it takes we need 20 people and two for the battle who ever win gets either the higher ranking chair or there sword

hollow fight if you have read bleach you would get it if not then you stink becouse it ses right there that you have 20 hollows two guys defeat the hollows who ever gets to ten first wins

no you are techniquely killing hollows but they have to at least be strong people so it doesn't take ten seconds so no your not killing people
