i'm pretty sure you just hang on to the tickets until they do the 'draw' for 1 million gold. I don't know when that happens though.
You could also sell the tickets on the market? Chances of winning are so slim anyways, so maybe you could at least get a few thousand selling..

this thread is dead.and the psp raffle and 1 m gold raffle are 2 different things. the psp raffle is long over.
