If you want to, post a pic of what you see daily or what you see that is extraordinary. Like a phenomenal sunset or whatever. Your desk. ^_^ Your dog or cat or pet. If you can't post pictures, describe what you see out of your favorite window. I took this in summer off of the deck: This was some crazy sunset in September: Here is yesterday afternoon off my deck:

I can't post pictures, and I keep all my windows covered. But I shall tell you about my desk, upstairs. Not my computer desk, because I'm not allowed to have internet up there.
It's black, fake wood, it's got two cabinets, one is to the right, down, in the corner underneath. The other is also to the right, and is beneath the top shelf. On the top shelf I have six snowglobes that I collect. One is a family of bears dancing in the snow, that plays achristmas carol, I can't remember which. The next one(to the left) is my favourite. It's blue, with dolphins riding on waves in the glass bowl, and has decorative waves on the bottom, I think it's made of plastic. It plays slow, but very happy music. The next one isn't a snowglobe in the usual sense, because it's got no water, and no sparkles or things to drift around it. It's a pink flower, with a yellow butterfly in it. The base is made of a light-colored wood. The next would be more of a snowglobe, because it has water, but it's got no sparklies. It's got a rose in it, and the bottom has little roses painted on it. There's one with a kitten pouncing on yarn in it, and it plays something light and airy feeling. On the bottom it looks like a patchwork quilt. The last one is like the onewith the pink flower. It's just a red flower, with a darker wooden base. I have little figurines placed between the snowglobes, the only two I remember right now are one of a sailor, and a small black ceramic dragon.
I have all my candle holders and all my candles on that desk, as well as a small glass box, with a mirror as a bottom. The top that opens is a stained glass rose, and inside I have my birthstone ring, and a necklace that my twin gave me last time I saw him.

I really got the visual of what you have around you. Thank you!

Umaeril And wow to Zora's pics, I didn't know you were that close to Philly. Cool Shanra! I love boats. I am honestly 20 minutes (driving) from the most northeastern part of Philly XD (driving wise) I live in the Suburbs of Philly haha I fail to take pics outside my house because all it is is trees and woods... though... the pond that i posted is around the corner from my house... it shimmers during the summer and it is hard enough to skate on during the winter XD and the bundle of trees is across the street from me XD I grew up in Philly and i have step family living there and about 40% of my friends... so Philly will always be part of my life (unless i go to an away college two years from now in 2011)...

I see Zora. Thanks! I knew you were in PA. You are very close to me. Here is a nice stormy evening with a streak of lightning from the 4th floor back window. Yes, we have a 4 story house, but it is a townhouse.

Uma - Thank you! Although it's a lot more crowded than it sounds. I collect candles and holders. XD I'll ask my mom if I can post pictures of my puppy-dogs on here. I'd be so happy if you could all see Oscar, Kari and Freyja.

[img*]http://i24.photobucket.com/albums/c12/Umaeril/Lightning-Strike.jpg[/img] It's a small world O: I am honestly like 2.5-3 hours (3.5 hours tops in major traffic) driving from Baltimore... making it maybe a little over 1.5 hours or more/less to the PA/Maryland border. That pic is almost breath taking... its very striking and beautiful!! (:

(: wow... that is definitely not what i am used to seeing on a daily basis. It's so different, but amazing and interesting (in a good way). I mean sure, we have farms around here... but they are nothing compared to what you showed in the pics. Last time i saw that many cows was at the Grange Fair... whee
