Making the "Perfect" MMA Fighter

Alright I know there is probably no such thing ... but if you could make a "perfect" fighter ... how would you do it ...

Now here are the rules ...

1. Select attributes from fighters from each weight class, specified in the Unified Rules (flyweight, batamweight, featherweight, lightweight, welterweight, middleweight, light heavyweight, heavyweight, super heavyweight)
2. You can only select one thing from a fighter.
3. If you decide to not include a weight class you may choose an addition attribute/fighter from another weight class

So in total there are nine attributes you can take for your fighter ...

For Example:

Big Nog - chin
Forrest Griffin - heart, Randy Couture - cardio
Anderson Silva - accuracy, Hendo - power
GSP - athletism
BJ Penn - submissions, Clay Guida - takedowns
Urijiah Faber - speed
