Sooo...
My throat has been pretty sore for the last day or two.
When I woke up this morning, it was swollen to the point it's hard to swallow and hurts to breathe.
Well,
I went to the college's Health Center.
The doctor said I either have a bacterial infection or mono.
The thing is,
I haven't swapped saliva with anyone!
If it's mono, I might sue this school for not cleaning their dishes.
That would be the only way I could've gotten mono.
Right now it's being treated as a bacterial infection, but she said it could be the earliest stage of mono.
It better not be mono!

I hope it isn't mono D: I've never had it but I've heard it's unpleasant TwT
I've carried strep before; I didn't HAVE it, but there were these blisters on the back of my throat that were just full of strep :l Anyone who got near me caught it, but I never did.
I felt like such a p***k sweatdrop

I've had strep three times... actually my throat hurts right now, not as bad as strep, but this is NOT a good thing when you're an actor with a performance in a week! Grr...

I've never had mono. Or strep throat.
Well, I think I've ever had it.
The last time I went outta town, my cousin said she had strep throat. Lucky me, I didn't catch it.
Then again, I'm a man of a few words. I don't speak much. A sore throat doesn't really bother me.
My condolences to you, Niobe.
I hope you recover from whatever ailment you have soon!

When I had strep my throat didn't hurt. But overall I felt awful. I literally was too weak to stand. Mono sucks though. It takes forever to recover. Hope you don't have it!
