The year is 2012.
Supposedly the last year of man. However, quite the opposite is happening-mankind is one to live past our hate's and trouble's. We have evolved past it.

Or so it seems. In the military, nuclear test's are at an all-time high. The reason? The military fear's another terrorist attack, the start of a nuclear war, and the killing of the world. Thus, military nuclear test's are frequent enough to kill off a mild amount of the Earth, leading mankind to once again evolve-creating New Sanctuary, the metropolis of the New World.

Unfortunately, the world is always crooked. A nuclear strike. Wrong co-ordinates. aiming the missiles for New Sanctuary. 1 million dead out-right. Hundred's of thousand's mutated. Million's injured. Quarantine. Death. Pain. Hate.
