"Mister Atrocity?"

A female voice could be heard through the speakers.

"Mister Atrocity? Oh! I see you're still in the ring."

A woman appears from the curtain. She has a microphone in hands and a belt inside a leather pouch on her shoulder. She looks at Atrocity through her glasses as she speaks.

"First of all, let me introduce myself properly. I am Jenna Tipton, Vice President of Talent Relations for Extreme Entertainment Wrestling incorporated. I am here on behalf of the chairman and general manager of Burn, Cartwright, as well as the Executive Vice President, Tim Silvia, to put the light on the current situation regarding the X-Treme championship, title that was apparently merged with another championship from another federation, this being done without the approbation of the board of directors."

She stays on the entrance ramp.

"Don't worry, this situation will get interesting for you soon enough. As it was declared by Mrs. Clepsydra in a previous ring announcement, she declared herself the last X-Treme champion of Extreme Entertainment Wrestling. With the powers given to me by my superiors, I can confirm that the previous statement was completely false and that the X-Treme championship is still active in EEW."

That statement brought joy in the crowd, who cheered in approval.

"As for you, Mr. Atrocity, after the actions from the last championship shot you had, the board of directors decided to grant you a second shot at the title, which will take place at the biggest Pay-Per-View of the corporation: One Night Stand."

And another round of cheers for Jenna!

"However, there is a situation that must be cleared before you face Yuke Clepsydra for the said title. Mrs. Clepsydra agreed to a match where she will put that same title on the line against the newest addition to the developmental brand, Alastor Adonilm. This puts the whole company in a bad situation. As promising Mr. Adonilm might be, we cannot let someone from the developmental brand have a shot at a title from a main roster, especially if we put him over people who worked hard to earn that shot even before Mr. Adonilm was under contract with us. Our lawyers are currently working on the situation, but we don't think anything will be solved before One Night Stand.

The crowd does not react positively to that announce.

And this is why we send this ultimatum to Yuke Clepsydra: If you refuse to face Atrocity at One Night Stand, we will be forced to strip you from the championship and put your replacement in the match against Atrocity for the vacant X-Treme title."

The crowd applauds this decision from the board of directors.

"Oh and one more thing: The winner of the match will have the privilege to be the first champion to walk away with the new championship belt, which we decided to bring out for the occasion, in case Mrs. Clepsydra refuses to give back the belt."

The camera zooms on the leather pouch on Jenna's shoulder.

"Mrs. Clepsydra, the ball is now on your side."

With that said, she stays there, in case Atrocity would have any questions on the situation.

A lawyer came up to Jenna handing her a paper.
"Ms. Tipton, while you are the VP of Talent Relations for EEW incorporated, I represent Mr. Clepsydra. As you recall a Mr. Chrono Clepsydra formerly ran EEW before he was shot by a Jed. I will be discussing that later.
Now then if you recall a year ago Mr. Clepsydra signed himself in addition to a Ms. Yuke Clepsydra a lifetime contract to Burn meaning they could not be drafted to Drown."

The lawyer hands Jenna a video tape with file footage

"Mr. Clepsydra also gave himself creative control for his own contract while he was the owner. As did a Ms. Yuke Clepsydra, while it is true that she 'quit' EEW she is still technically on the payroll as you so pointed out.
As stated in the rules of the EEW X-treme championship, the title is a 24/7 title which can be one anytime anywhere by pinning the current champion. The former champion Christina Parks could not defend her title, hence the previous champion a Ms. Yuke Clepsydra had every right to interject herself into the match. She had every right to take advantage of the 24/7 aspect. Technically while she is still employed she can envelop her creative clause.
This match between the young Mr. Alastor Adonlm was already made, in fact it is currently in progress in Evolution Wrestling Association. So until that match has a decisive winner. I'm afraid that Mr. Atrocity is going to have to wait and face the winner."

The lawyer then pulled out another sheet of paper and handed it to Jenna.

"This is a lawsuit from Chrono Clepsydra. If this match does not take place between Yuke and Alastor does not take place as scheduled then Chrono Clepsydra will sue EEW for its entire worth thanks to Jed shooting him this past December. He has held off on suing. But there is YOUR ultimatum EEW. You can let this match happen or let EEW cease to exist."

Jaguar 08 hits the air as there's a sound of a Jaguar growling.
A brass young man comes out of the back crawling as he then stands up on the ramp.



He holds a microphone

"So much troubre for me, Rook I come here to make name. I make impact and Lady Shark notices me I charrenge her and she accept for honolabe duel. You say I know earn my stlipes. I'm a Jaguar, not a tiger cub. I know not youl abirites but creary if Lady Shark accepted my charrenge and not yours means I'm better than you.
Am I? yet to be decided in the futule will we have duel? Maybe and it will be very good yes?
Now for EEDubru One Night Stand, there is two solutions that I can offel you. You ret Lady Shark and I finish match and fight winner. Or You, Lady Shark and me in a tliple thleat match?

"Well then Mr. Silvia, since you're the owner of EEW then I serve these papers to you. Consider yourself served on conspiracy of attempted murder of my client Mr. Clepsydra. I will be seeing you and Mr. Jed in court."

"Hahahahaha.. You know Lawyer, for being a legal adviser your not to bright. Cause at the time of Jed's actions I had no affiliation with EEW so legally I have no ties with the theorized conspiracy Yuke and her idiotic husband, Chrono had concocted. Besides, Jed has already stated that he was alone in his actions against Chrono, so the only person you'll be seeing in court is Jed. So do me a favor... leave my arena or I'll be force to have you removed."

Tim said with a smile as he put his free hand in his pocket, calm and relaxed as he knew that the no court on Earth can link Tim to such acts of violence. Then Tim turned to Alastor.

"No... I'm sorry, talented you may be, your beef with Yuke was started in a separate Federation and so a separate federation it will end, not here.. Besides you are the newest addition to EEW so unfortunately for you you have to start at the bottom. No debut title matches, no matches with EEW's Main Roster.. Sorry my young friend... It's Speed for you.. Now leave.."

Tim said gesturing to both the Lawyer and Alastor to leave his sight.

"Boy get funnier and funnier as you talk. You can't be a lawyer. How many years of law school did you take? Two... three?"

Tim said with a smile still on his face.

"Listen youngster let me fill you in a little secret. thousands of people across this country are accused of murder, and or attempted murder. and believe it or not many of those people are employed by somebody. Just cause a man is being accused of attempted murder does not make his Boss just as guilty. Now if you try and say I've had something to do with Jed's actions again, I won't give you a chance to leave. I'll have everyone in the back throw you out."

Tim then grabbed the paper from the lawyer, and raised it next to his face.

"Now this thing... Well this thing means nothing to mean, I won't have to step foot in a court anytime soon, unless it for me suing the three of you. You for Harassment... Yuke for Breach of Contract, and Chrono for False Accusations."

Tim then ripped the paper to in two and threw each piece to both of his sides. Tim lowered the mic as the crowd erupted into cheers as Tim schooled the uneducated Lawyer in law. Tim watched as the Lawyer left just a few moments after handing him the paper, and with a chuckle he turned to Atrocity.

"Now do you have anything you want to add before anymore people decide they can do what they want on my show?"

Tim said lowering the mic, as he waited to see if Atrocity had anything to say.

Atrocity raised his mic. "How about i get a word in here.." he focused his attention towards Alistor "so newbie you think you can just waltz on in here as fresh meat and think you get a title match? Don't think so cowboy or in your case i'll call you Chinkoid."

The crowd laughs slightly at the remark.

"now if you truly are as good as you craim to be then step on up into this ring and prove your damn self this is unless you've already been hypnotized by the smell of Yuke's crotch rot."
