Sarava sat by the side of a stream, absentmindedly freezing and unfreezing a patch of water just in front of her. It was getting hotter out, and if she didn't keep practicing her ice breath, she'd be too weak to defend herself from anything wickedly unpleasant.

He would drop in front of her. Blood covered his neck and splattered his flanks. Very little of it was his own, but that was hard to tell at a glance. He tried to stand on unsteady hooves.

"What the - " Sarava jumped back from the stream. She blew an ice wind at the strange creature who'd just popped in front of her.

He shivered a bit. "Cold... almost feels good..." he murmured. "Can you aim some of that on my head?"

Sarava glared but did as the stranger asked, aiming the ice breath a bit higher. It was then that she noticed the stranger was injured. "Are you all right?" she asked.
