 Capricorn was bored. She hadn't seen any of her packmates in quite some time and she was beginning to worry if she even was a member of a pack anymore. She sighed as she let her body lay on the sandy beach of the lake that she spent most of her time in. She found it quite difficult to travel due to her mermaid-like body. She flicked her tail in and out of the water, comfortably warmed by the sun above her. It was early spring and the temperature was comfortable for her to lay on the sandy beach for hours at a time. She closed her eyes and basked in the sun. At least she was warm and bored, though she hated to be bored. If only someone was around for her to play with.

 Aries had left his home territory in search of his pack. They had all scattered weeks ago and now it was time to bring them all home. He and his mate, Avani, had found a good place on the island to live.
He was entering the neutral territory, near a river that was leading to a lake (it's connected to the ocean). As he approached the lake he spotted someone on the beach. It was a strange looking helix and it was one he knew. "Capricorn! So this is where you swam off to." He called.

Capricorn caught a familiar scent and she lifted her head up. She recognized the scent from somewhere. She looked around the area and noticed a familiar figure heading towards her.
"Aries?" she said, her voice a little uncertain. So, one of the Alphas had come looking for her. "Sorry. I...wasn't thinking back then."

Aries looked at Capricorn for a moment. He looked stern and almost angry. However he was far from it. He was glad to have found someone finally. "It's quite alright. Everyone scattered while Avani and I searched for suitable territory for the pack." He said, "It took longer than we had hoped..... Of which it looks like you grew." He sat down on the sandy beach near her.
((Guess we're not in neutral territory now. XP We'll just say that they're on the island but not in the pack territory.))

Capricorn tilted her head slightly to one side and scooted a few inches towards the water. She lowered her head submissively towards Aries as she pinned her ears against her skull. "It took a while but I finally made it to adulthood," she said, a hint of timidness in her voice. "It's good that we finally got a place for the pack to call home. Hopefully there is a good lake for me to live in."

"I'm sorry that you weren't with the pack as you grew up. It would have been easier on you." Aries replied with a nod, "Yes we made sure there is a good sized lake in the middle of the territory. There's also a river that leads to the sea." He didn't notice the timidness or submissive nature she was showing.

"That's fine. At least I still have a pack to go back to." She let her gaze fall down on the ground as she smiled. "That's good to hear. Are the others there?"

Aries nodded. It was true, she still had a pack to go back to. From what he's heard of the main land the packs there had a hard time staying together or even finding members. "Well the only ones there right now is Avani, Yi, and me. I still have to find everyone else."
