As you venture down a series of dark, dirty stairs, you hear frantic cries echoing off the walls. At the bottom of the stairway, a huge room opens up. A red carpet reaches from where you stand to a throne that sit in the middle of the room on a three-foot high platform. On that throne, you see him. The Rogue. His hazel eyes are narrowed as he looks down on a young man held by two guards.
"Please, I'm so sorry! They forced me to tell them! Spare me!" the boy cries, obviously afraid.
You step forward, wondering what's going on. But as you do, two more guards rush towards you, holding their swords so that you can't take another step forward without hurting yourself. The Rogue looks up, quickly losing interest in the young man. He waves his hand, and the guards take the boy away. With another flick of his wrist, the guards blocking your way step back. The Rogue beckons you closer, looking you up and down.
"It seems we have a new resident." he murmurs, standing up, "What is your name?"

By the way, this is a more renaissance thing, so if you join, please make you character have old clothes on, and talk with a more dignified manner.

 Name: Elias Regelia
Age: Twenty-five

I came to the immortal city because: To rule the Underground, and maybe even the whole city.
Bio: Elias was born to a noble family that was close to the previous Queen. He grew up in a sheltered world, where everyone was happy and nobody did bad things. But around the time he was ten, reality finally set in. His parents were put to death because they disobeyed the Queen, and he was put in jail under a death sentence. Elias was able to escape, but he vowed that he would one day rule the Immortal City, so that he could shape it in his own image. Becoming the Rogue of the city fulfilled half of his goal, for he now rules over the Underground. But he hopes to one day become the full ruler, to become the King. Elias never gets his hands dirty in crimes, and he tends to use his underlings as pawns.

Bio:She has been an avid studier of dark magic, letting it mostly take over her soul. She was once calm, happy, and nerver mean. But the Dark magic has turned her evil

I came to the immortal city because: I want power. I want to rule. And nothing can stop me.
Bio: I am lying, deceitful, and cant be trusted. No one knows my past, and no one ever will. I keep to myself, but can lie and act when needed.
My ranking: Kind of like the castles "shadow" I am the guard no one knows, and will ever know.
