[17:42] palemisty14: The morning sun was just low enough to keep the forest, through which Ivory was treding through, sound asleep. Though just high enough to illuminate his path. His golden eyes were fiery and alert, while jsut the faintest hint of a smile played on his face. A sun hummed through sealed lips. The pink stallion wondered if his father and his lover were awake yet. Surely, he reasoned with himself, with the way his dad had been excited about this planned outing, and the way Adela always kept him in line, they were both out and about. Maybe eating early breakfast.

[17:43] palemisty14: Ivory's suspisions were far from reality. Unlike the pink boy's idea of his father alert and awake, he was lazing around and sleeping like a log. HIs mouth slightly open, letting a gentle snore escpae, and eyelids closed over the striking blue irises. Mane tusled with sleep and chest rising and faling evenly. His entire being undisturbed by the peeking sun.

[17:51] celticrowen: Adela sighed having gotten up and eaten already, eyeing Rock with amusement more than annoyance, though she was sure Ivory would show up soon. Giving Rock a gentle nudge with her nose, deciding to try waking him the nice way first. "Rock... come on time to get up."

[18:12] palemisty14: Rockstar smacked his lips and a glum smug spread across his face. "My apple sunshine..." he murmered dreamily, shuffling about and returning to the land of dreams.

[18:13] celticrowen: Addy sighs and gives him another more firm nudge. "Come on Rock get up!"

[18:15] palemisty14: His eyes lazily lifted up to her. The irises dull and unfocused, obvious that he was still half asleep. He blinked once and then shook his head from side to side, quite dramaticaly, and pouted like a small foal. "Don't you take my apples. They are mine! They are for Addy!"

[18:17] celticrowen: Addy smiles and plants a kiss on him seeing if that will wake him up though she was dubious, but was worth a try, besides it was a treat for her too.

[18:22] palemisty14: He leans forward and kisses back, eyes still closed and his mind still alseep. Once they disconnceted his eyes opened, just a bit wider than before, and he frowned. "I don't like being waken up like that. Makes me want more." He stood up and shook himself, arranging his mane just so, and looking at her with a mischevious grin and twinkle in his eye. He stepped closer to her and arched a brow. "I sometimes wonder which is better, dreaming of you, or being with you." He kissed her hard and smiled.

[19:25] celticrowen: Addy sighs and shakes her head. "I'll kick you next time then.." Having thought it would be a sweet way to wake him but he didn't like it so she wouldn't. Smiling faintly. "I would hope the real thing, now get something to eat, Ivory will be here soon." Nodding to the pile of apples.

[19:31] palemisty14: Rockstar perked up and laughed. "Oh yeah I forgot that that was today!" Then he laughed at her and gave her a gentle peck. "You know i was kidding, right kiddo?" He winked, walking off for breakfast.

[19:39] palemisty14: Ivory crossed the last thinning of the wood jsut as his hummed melody died to an end as well. Stepping over and smiling at the two Soquili he could see only about 30 meters away from him, beside a cave, cheerfully eating their breakfasts. He shook his head up and whinnied a greeting and paced forward. "Good morning Addy, Good morning dad. Sleep well?"

[19:40] celticrowen: Addy blinks... "Kiddo..." Deciding to get even rather than mad. "Sure thing gramps." Wandering over towards Ivory giving the pink stallion her smile leaving rock to eat. "Good morning Ivory, looking forward to the beach?"

[19:43] palemisty14: Ivory blinked at the 'gramps' and 'kiddo' comments. Wondering what was up this fine morning. But he brushed the thought off when he say the mare's beautiful smile. He had to hand it to her, she was quite a sight for sore eyes. And her character - perfect for his dad. But somethign inside him still wondered about his mother, why had it even happened He knew his question was jsut being thrown into the void. "I am," he nodded enthusiastically, having only been to the sandy shores twice, "Yourself?"

[19:44] palemisty14: Rock looked up from his meal when Addy called him gramps and nearly chocked, but ended up snorting. He shot her a look and couldn't help but let his shoulders shake in a kept-in laugh. They loved teasing eachother. He nodded to his son and continued filling his bottomless stomach.

[19:49] celticrowen: Addy grinned at Ivory and winked not seeming to be anythign wrong between them beyond some ribbing. "Very much, it was snowing last time I was at the beach." Pretty sure Rock would remember that time too.

[19:52] palemisty14: Ivory blinked, "Snowing? Then why did you go, isn't it usually a place one visits during the warmer months and days?" Suddenly wondering what it was like to be at a beach in the winter.

[19:53] palemisty14: Rock shook his head violently, catching both their attention, and swallowed a gaint mouthful which had been puffing his cheeks up like some kind of rodent. "We went because it seemed like fun!" He declared as if it was perfectly clear, "And it was!" He added with one stern nod.

[19:55] celticrowen: Addy nods too, it had been fun. "Yes it was a lot of fun, especialyl when you went into the snow bank." Smiling at Rock, knowing she teased him badly at times, though back before it had been a way to keep him at a distance, or that is what she had thought anyway.

[19:56] palemisty14: Ivory nodded slowly, his ind processing it and making a mental picture from it. It did seem like fun, and certainly something Rock would involve himself in. He felt completely sure it was his father's choice of meeting place.

[19:57] palemisty14: Rock looked from one love of his life to the other and rasberried, again gaining their immediate attention. "Are we off then, or just gonna remember memories rather than making new ones?" He laughed and grined.

[20:00] celticrowen: Addy rolls her eyes, sighing deeply. "i just woke him up and WE are holding up proceedings..." Shaking her head sure she would kic him next time to wake him up. "Lets go." Smilign at Ivory and nodding off towards the beach, daring off a few stepbefore yelling. "Race you!" and bolting.

[20:04] palemisty14: Rock simply laughed, a hint of mocking supiritority and teased further, "Well I can obviously be ready faster than you thought! Let me sleep in next time!" As she cried out her challenge he was first surpised, then he lowered his head in playful agression. "Your on caramel but!" Ad he bolted after her.

[20:04] palemisty14: Ivory was left, in the dust, completely confused and blinking.

[20:07] celticrowen: Addy had made a quick loop avoiding Rock as he supposedly charged after her and came back to get Ivory. "Come on, we will never hear th end of it if he thinks he won." grinning at him again.

[20:11] palemisty14: Ivory looked at her and opver to his father, finally grasping what was happening. "A race?" He asked quietly. He wasn't a runner, sure it was fun, but was he fast? Not nearly as fast as Nerissa. And Aunt Sel was a lightning bolt compared to the two of them. Ivory knew rock was slower than Selena (who wasn't?) but how fast was he? "Ah..okay." He told his legs to run and soon they were off again, gaining speed.

[20:13] palemisty14: Rockstar had turned his head to see where his oppenent in this race had gone and momentarily thoguht of just rushing ahea.d BUt he saw that Addy had tunred to grab Ivory and join him into the game. A smile grew on his face and his heart swelled. He couldn't express just how happy he was that Addy and Ivory were getting alongl. Not that there was any doubt that they wouldn't as friends - but that they had both accepot it. Accepted THIS. It made his so happy. He slowed down to let them catch up. After all, what fun was winning alone? He really had grown up it seemed.

[20:15] celticrowen: Addy smiled at Rock as she drew leavel, lookign at Ivory. "Ready!....... GO" And she bolted again on the go, though she didn't take such a big head start this time.

[20:17] palemisty14: Rock didn't hesitate to pick up on the marker and bolt ahead himself. Smiling from eat to ear and whipping his head around in the wind, loving the sensation. Hooves beating agaisnt the ground like an excited heartbeat, his own heart pounding, breath excited, muscels tensing and surging him on. "Come on Ivory! We can take her!" He yealled.

[20:18] palemisty14: Ivory had stummbed into a faster pace at the yelled 'GO' but corrected himelf and was now speeding behind the two adults. His speed was not as level as thiers, but he was amazed he was managing to go, and stay, this fast!

[20:20] celticrowen: Addy was laughing as she ran, she liked running, she was good at running, then again she still couldn't keep up with Ab but then his legs were insanely strong, she didn't know anyone that could beat Ab.

[20:24] palemisty14: The three of them ran together, not even a minute passing beofre each one had a pleasant smile pasted on to thier faces. Hearts racing just as fast as they were, jumping together over logs and bushes. Their paces in perfect harmony. Iv ory's face nearly raditating his happiness with the run, it no longer feeling like a race, and he hoped that he could run with Nerissa or even Selena more and more often now. He fell in lvoe with the feeling.

[20:26] celticrowen: Addy th first but a nose to jump over a rock onto the beach with a cheerful cry of delight, charging on right into the water with a very foal like squeal as she splashes water everywhere.

[20:30] palemisty14: Rock follows right after her, with Ivory just two heartbeats behind. Rock watches and doesn't stop himself beofre rushing into the night-cold water after Addy. shreiking with suprise at jsut how cold the water was at it splashed all around him. Ivory stopped himself in the sand and watched them both with a smaile, breath pounding and chest quickly rising.

[20:33] celticrowen: Trotting out to shake herself off laughing, soaked, her caramel hair lashing around, so long that it was more like a weapon when wet.

[20:34] palemisty14: Ivory stepped back and laughed, getting quite a bit sprayed by her actions. "How is the water?" He teased.

[20:34] palemisty14: Rockstar stayed in the water, swimming out even further and doggy-paddeling at this piont. A little smile on his face.

[20:37] celticrowen: "Cold, wet, salty... snow tastes better..." Grinning looking a little mssy, not that she was always so tidy but now she looked more odd as her fur was poking out in odd directions and her hair was all rat tails. Mutterign about needing berries to try them with th snow.

[20:39] palemisty14: Ivory laughed and nodded, "Probably so," He looked over to his father and sighed with a laugh. He wanted to call out and tell him not to swim too far, but that seemed like pushing the father-son line. Even though Ivory was more of Rock's guardian than the other way around.

[20:43] celticrowen: Addy looked over to where Rock was heading out to sea, letting out a loud whistle. "Hey fishboy! Get back to land befpre you get taken off to wherever Ab came from!" Shivering a little as th soft wind made her cold wet fur colder.

[20:45] palemisty14: Rock turned halfway and looked at the two and jumped out slightly, calling to them. "I am going to go find mermaids!" He laughed as he plopped back into the water, starting to paddle his way back to the beach.

[20:47] celticrowen: Addy rolls her eyes and shakes her head. "He would too then you would get fish siblings." Her smile rueful, showing for th first time to Ivory that she wasn't totally secure in Rock's affections yet, she kept expecting the bubble of happyness to pop.

[20:49] palemisty14: Ivory smiled, brows knitting together. He had picked up on the slight tremor in her voice and shift in her atmosphere. "Ah, Don't say anything like that. Unless you are hiding a fish tail or some gills, I doubt there will be any Kelpi and Mer soq popping into our family." He laughed and bumped her, trying to comfort without letting on that her insecurity was showing. Though he had always been acute when it came to toehr's feelings.

[20:50] palemisty14: Rockstar slowly stood back onto his legs, weighed down by his soaking coat. Wet maine sticking to his face and blocking his eyes. He giggled and shook himself like a furry dog, spraying everythign around him.

[20:53] celticrowen: Addy shivered as she was splattered with more cold water, giving Ivory a small smile and a gentle nudge with her nose back. Lookign at Rock, wondering if is bridle will rust this time, walking over and grabbing it with her teeth and leading him out.

[20:55] palemisty14: Rock giggled and followed along, thinking it to be another romancy game. "Its such nice water! Why don't you jump in Ivory?"

[20:56] palemisty14: Ivory smiled at the two of them and shook his head to his father, " am fine on the beac. The water is still cold from the night."

[20:57] celticrowen: Addy nods letting Rock go. "Just a little too cold for me but not by much." Prefering it a little warmer, but just a little.

[20:58] palemisty14: Rock laughed, "Once your in, its not so bad. Go on pinky-pants! You know you want to get wet!" He stuck his tongue out and snorted with laughter.

[20:59] palemisty14: Ivory pouted, ears lowering at being called pink. Sure, it was an obvious fact, but did he need to have it poked in his face? No, not really. "I am fine, as Addy said. I don't want to swim out too far."

[21:02] celticrowen: Addy sees Ivorys ears drop and without thinking leans down and bites rock on the shoulder, not hard but it would have hurt a little cause she wasn't being teasing or gentle.

[21:04] palemisty14: Ivory and rock both caught their breath in suprise. Rock looked down at her, face confused but also a bit hurt, "What was that for?" He demanded.

[21:06] celticrowen: "For calling Ivory pink." Looking at Rock her expression disaproving clearly the boy was sensative about his colour and Rock's thoughtless but not malicious words would make that worse.

[21:08] palemisty14: "Ah no, its fine!" Ivory pipped up, seeing where this was going and he didn't want to be a reason the two would argue. "I got a bit teased as a child, but now its just my unthinking reaction to being called pink. It didn't bother me, truly." He tried to reasure Addy, thoguh he didn't think he was completely sure of himself.

[21:08] palemisty14: Rock looked to Ivory and bit his lip. "I am sorry, I forgot! I was jsut happy and not thinking well. Im sorry son."

[21:11] celticrowen: Addy gave Rock a beaming smile and kissed the bite she gave him better as a reward. Winking at Ivory a little clearly not having been worried about a fight, so much so that she nuzzled her cheek agaisnt Rocks neck now with a contented sigh. "Besides Ivoy is a very lovely shade of blush, almost a creamy blush..." Her tone whisful, always having felt she looked like she had been in the mud even when clean so she was a little envious at the pair of stallions.

[21:21] palemisty14: Ivory blushed at her compliment and his golden eyes slid down awkwardly. "Thank you..." he said quietly, wondering if she was the only one that found his color 'lovely'. Other than his mum ofcourse. His thoughts suddenly ran to Sonnet, and jumped to Sy. His blush redening.

[21:21] palemisty14: ROckstar offered the both of them an apologetic smile. He nudged Ivory's shoulder with his nose and gave Addy a kiss on her's. "im sorry Ivy."

[21:24] celticrowen: Addy smiles lovingly up at Rock. "We forgive you, dont we Ivory?" Looking at the younger one as he blushes, wondering if it was a girl making him more pink now, but saying nothing just smiling at him, her smile loving, not able to o anything but love this part of Rock, even if he was innocent but tied up in a part of life that had been painful for her and ?Rock.

[21:28] palemisty14: Ivory looked up, having gained control over his blush and returning her smile. Feeling the emotion behind it and feeling a strange sense of belonging and joy that she had accepted him. Even with just how screwed up their joined situation now was. He nodded and added, "Ofcourse."

[21:28] palemisty14: Rock beamed and chuckled, his heart swelling again with happiness that they were together. ALl but a family. "Shall we draw in the sand?" He giggled.

[21:30] celticrowen: Addy nods and smiles. "Sounds good, all one big picture or shall we do ones of our own?"

[21:34] palemisty14: Rockstar nodded and thought up a quick game. "How about we all draw one section of the same picture? But without looking at the others' sides? It could be fun!"

[21:35] celticrowen: Addy nods and smiles, finding a nice flat bit of sand. "Ok here we go, not sure how we arent going to look but we all have enough room here to draw." Finding herself a stick to draw with.

[21:38] palemisty14: Ivory stepped beside her and rock stepped onto her other side. "Ready?" He asked. And then nodded, signaling they start. Ivory and Rockstar both used their hooves to gently carve into the sand. Which was harder and colder form the night, jsut like the water.

[21:39] celticrowen: Addy started to work, not sure what to draw, the stick leaving a thinner shallower line than thir hooves, trying to make it clear she was drawing Rock and ivory singing together, though she wasn't sure if it was clear, after all it was just singing heads, adding musical notes to help.

[21:41] palemisty14: Rockstar drew a sketchy attempt of Addy ivory and himself all hugging, His own mouth was open with a speach bubble and a music note in it. Ivory smiling and Addy beaming. Though it was also jsut a head shot.

[21:43] palemisty14: Ivory very gently, and very carefully drew Rockstar and Adela snuggeling together. Rock was leaning over and putting a small flower in her mane and Addy was smiling and nuzzleing close. He hoped it would be seen well, being hard on himself and his skill. But the picture was very clear, and quite good.

[21:45] celticrowen: Stepping back and dropping her stick, smiling, pleased with ouw it turned out though there was little to make them clear who was who other than Ivorys silver heart and Rock's bridle.

[21:47] palemisty14: Rock clicked his heels and smiled at his work, also finished. He looked over to Addy and Ivory on his left, thoguh careful not to peek at their work, and asked. "All done?"

[21:47] palemisty14: Ivory looked up, adding a final touch, and nodded to his father.

[21:47] celticrowen: Nodding as well, smiling over at Rock. "Yes all done."

[21:51] palemisty14: Rockstar beamed and peered over at Addy's and smiled even more. "Me and ivory?" He asked, looking up? Ivory also looked over her shoulder.

[21:51] celticrowen: Addy nods, the white heart on the end of her nose going pink. "Yeah..."

[21:56] palemisty14: Rock beamed and kissed her passionetly. "I love it! Its great!" He looked to ivory for the same reaction.

[21:57] palemisty14: Ivory smiled wide, eyes sparkeling and nodded, "Its nice Addy, thank you!"

[21:58] celticrowen: Addy peered over at what they had drawn, making an aww sound at Rocks, and blushing a little at Ivories. Placing a chaste kiss on his pink cheek, but giving Rock a more romantic kiss, smiling they had all drawn family.

[21:59] palemisty14: Ivory smiled and blushed lightly at her touch, while Rock kissed back even harder and grin jokingly.

[22:00] celticrowen: Grinning back at Rock, happy, their smiles the start of a fun day at the beach.
