Magaera grinned as she padded outside to enjoy the warmth of the day. "Hey Raspy! Come here!" She calls back to the den and chuckles to herself. Oh, his training was coming along nicely. He followed orders very well and she thought he'd be perfect for any future plots she might cook up.
The light brown pup sat down on a stump and began to lightly lick at her fur. As always, she was obsessed with the glossiness of her coat and how clean it was.

Even just a few more days older then before Rasputin still couldn’t get the hang of time, but he was a fast learner; at least he thought he was. He was still trying to beat his own record of not doing anything, while sitting in an upright position. It was great fun to him, being able to watch over his family and still gladly know he was breaking his own limits. But suddenly his head shot in the direction of his sister, she needed him again? This one seemed to need a lot; from him.
Sighing Rasputin left his stance and trotted lightly over to his sister, “Yes Magaera?” He didn’t know what she wanted but he would do his best to make her happy; again.

Magaera chuckled when Rasputin came over oh so obediently. He was so loyal and so easy to use. He practically BEGGED to be taken advantage of. Not that she didn't love him of course, she loved all her siblings. Most of the time they just bugged her though.
"Can you come with me to pick some flowers I saw? I thought they'd look pretty in my fur." She says and smiles prettily. She'd spotted them the other day and they were just the prettiest shade of blue. She thought maybe she could get him to carry them or anything else she might find.

Frowning Rasputin thought of their journey they would have to take for his sister to gain what she wished. It wouldn’t be hard and he wouldn’t want her to leave and venture out alone nodding the decision was made. His body straightened as he nodding curtly to his sister, “Yes I will go with you for this mission.” It would be easy enough, and surely his parents would be happy that he was looking after his sister.

Magaera chuckled and stood. "Good. And I think I might pick up any other pretty things along the way." she says with a grin before she bounds off towards the entrance to the forest without another word to him or their parents. Sometimes she was impulsive like that and would act on random whims.
It was a wonderful day; the sun was shining, the temperature was cool, and it seemed perfect to go on a little trip.

The young pup followed his sister, Rasputin’s frown deepened as his sister went on about getting more than just flowers, how would she be carrying this? He certainly wouldn’t be carrying her silly little useless flowers that weren’t needed at all, but if it made her happy then that was her thing it just wasn’t his. He didn’t feel like questioning his sister, nor did he feel his parents really needed to know they wouldn’t be going far with Rasputin around watching over his sister.

The light brown pup padded ahead and hummed quietly to herself as her tail swayed from side to side. She had a small collection of shiny or pretty things back at the den and was very protective of them. She paused as she walked along the game trail and pawed at a stone. It was a small pebble, but it had streaks of red in it and was very shiny. "Ohh, here's one." She says and paws it to him. "Carry it for me, Raspy?" She asks with an innocent smile.

Rasputin realized something, it seemed he frowned more then smiled was that normal? His gaze locked onto his sister and her innocent looking smile, was she trying to imply something? His frown continued as his thoughts started to dissipate, maybe his sister was just being lazy. Nodding to himself Rasputin gestured for his sister to move aside, it’s not like carrying his sisters belongs would really hurt anyone and it would probably give him a good adventure into learning how to carry things and be on the lookout at the same time.
“Alright, move aside.”

Magaera's smile turned just a tad bit wicked when he wasn't looking and she delightedly wagged her tail from side to side. "You're the best Raspy, I wouldn't know what to do without you." She says. She needed to make him feel like he was essential to her, and possibly that she couldn't do anything by herself. Psychological manipulation came naturally to her it seemed.
When she made sure he had the small stone, she skipped forward again, her keen eyes looking out for anything of interest.

Nodding Rasputin agreed to that, it seemed his sister was more in the mood to have others around for her adventures then to just do them alone. Was that normal? Did he just prefer to be along in his own time and venture out into the unspoken world of mystery? Frowning as best he could while holding the stone his sister wanted Rasputin was starting to believe there had to be something wrong with him, he just wished it wasn’t so. He loved his family and didn’t want to be the crazy one among the litter.

Magaera chuckled and padded ahead of him, her tail raised slightly in an unconscious display of dominance. She hummed a little to herself as they walked, occasionally picking up a small flower or stone and handing it to Rasputin for him to carry. She was hardly paying attention to her surroundings when she suddenly heard a harsh growl to her left. Her fur bristled as she went stock still, her head turning to face the source of the sounds.
Her eyes widened when she saw a mother badger growling at her loudly. Magaera instinctively bared her fangs at the challenger and rolled her shoulders. "I'll take care of this Raspy!" She hisses at him as she stood stiff legged in front of the angry badger. Apparently they were only a foot or two away from her den.

“No Magaera, you are to stay away!”
Growling Rasputin’s attitude heightened at the sudden feel of a threat against his family, dropping whatever he carried the young pup rushed forward using his body like a battle ram to knock the badger aside and away from his sister.

Magaera's fur was fluffed up to the max. She bared her fangs at the badger, who was making angry hissing sounds. "Raspy! No!!" She yaps in alarm and goes to jump on the badger too.
The badger reared up on her hind legs and snarled at the two pups, obviously intent on defending her den.

Growling angrily Rasputin did a quick back take switching his target to his sister, he was much larger then her being the male so it should be easy enough to take down the female. He wasn’t going to allow some wild animal to attack his sibling, his family! His growling never soften as his new mission was to drag Magaera as far away from this attack as possible.
“No, Magaera.”

"I'll take down that stupid badger!" The young pup growls. She lashes her tail and tries to shoulder her way past her brother to get at it. Now that she was focused on something she wasn't going to give up. That's how she usually did things anyway. "I'll take care of this!!"
