AMITYVILLE ACADEMY ENROLLMENT FORM Name: Hedera-Radians Rose-Kordesii Omeiensis Pinetorum Toxicodendron; shortened to Hedera-Rose Toxicodendron. (Most of it is just her classification, anyways.)
Nicknames: She goes by Hedera-Rose; because forcing everyone to blurt out all that is too much! Call her Rose if you need an even shorter term.
Gender: Female
Age: She looks about eleven. She's probably at least twenty, but she doesn't act like it.
Faction/Race Demon/Avarice Demon (Sloth (Flower subspecies))
Personality: Rose is somewhat typical for her race's stereotypes, really. She's meek and unassuming, and prone to being invisible in a room because she's so quiet: and being absolutely tiny doesn't help her case either. She gardens well, but that's not really a talent. At all.
Hedera-Rose is one of those people who will be in the room for an hour; and only shows up when someone points you out to her. And you will have no memory of her being there. She tries to duck into herself, is easily the one not called on, and it can get to the point where she appears to have no personality at all!
This is clearly not true. The avarice demon is a sweet little girl; but prone to nervous fits and easily worried. She's quite twitchy and hyperventilates when scared; followed by running away. But she's shy, and never says a thing, preferring to remain unseen. Rose is very much follow-the-leader, really: she has no opinions of her own at all, sticking with whoever talks first or is most persuasive. She's easily swayed, and rather guileless: she doesn't lie, if asked, but tell the truth.
Basically, she always tells the truth, somewhat bluntly. She has almost no opinion of her own, and will meekly follow whoever spoke first. She has a definite dislike for anything made with Follyjox, and-although she seems sweet and shy, and she is- can be driven to speak up or do something if it's to help.
Why are they enrolled in Amityville Academy? Rose is honestly more interested in tending her garden of roses and poison ivy them coming to Amityville, but her parents forced her to come, in the hope their child would make more friends. And learn how to defend herself.
Natural Ability: All Sloth-aligned avarice demons can, when moving slowly, summon a thorny vine out of the ground. This is very similar to her FEAR.
FEAR: Rose can grow red roses. Out of the ground. With red thorns. They are magical roses and s**t; and are a lot like normal roses except for the fact they have red thorns that are the same color as their flowers. Rose is not immune to the thorns of her flowers, but can grow them in twisting patterns if her target stays still.
To grow a rose, she must p***k her finger(s) on the thorned-vines in her hair. Then Rose has to drip the blood on one spot on the ground. This will cause a rose to burst out of it; with the size of the rose being proportional to the amount of blood dripped.
This can pose a problem: not only does Rose not have a lot of blood (she's a plant, pretty much); unless she somehow tears a finger completely open on the thorn, she will have to wait. Even though this means she can summon the vines; vines just randomly growing out of the ground around you can also be a problem if they somehow hit you.
Second part: after the rose(s) have finished growing; by planting her palms on the ground and concentrating, Hedera Rose can alter the direction of the roses. This can only make it bend or curl; not grow. If she chooses to do this step as the roses are growing; it can-if done correctly-cause the roses to lie flat on the ground to serve as tripwires, or curl around the enemy's legs. However, the speed of the rose means it will grow faster than it turns if moved during the growing phase; and will move pretty slow if moved after it grows to its' full size.
Family/FEAR Ability: All members of the Toxicodendron family of Sloth-aligned Avarice demons have the ability to produce a plant from the genus of the same name. This is a conscious decision; and upon graduating their first year at Amityville, they can choose to progress with this ability in either their natural species ability or their FEAR.
Choosing to progress with it in your natural ability means that blossoms of the plant will sprout on your vines, blessing the vines with an ability to cover their thorns in the skin-irritating substance.
Choosing to progress with it in your FEAR can lead to drastically different effects, depending on the subject. If Rose chose to progress with her Toxicodendron family ability in her FEAR; the plant in her case would be poison ivy. Her attacks, at the cost of an extra bit of body (a lock of hair?); would sprout poison ivy intertwined with the rose stems.
Physical Description:
Eye Colour: Deep green sclera, crimson pupil, flecks of ivory and poison-green.
Hair Colour/Style: Tangled and wavy, down to her butt; with one of those half-assed ponytails on the back of her head (you know, the ones that are ponytails, but the hair's still down). A shiny black.
Skin Colour: Pale, like she never goes outside; but a pale poison-esque green on her shoulders, knees, hands and feet. Dark red speckles on the sides of her face. Elbow-to-wrist and knee-to-ankle areas of her skin are ivory colored and somewhat shiny. Her toenails and fingernails are a sickly yellow-tinted green, like a cat's eye.
Clothing Style/Colours: Something like this? Large unzipped jacket, knee-length pale green dress, zip-up leggings in deep red with ivory-colored zipper, and a pair of red too-big sneakers with light green laces tied around her legs like ballet shoe laces.
Extra: Rose has thorny vines growing out of her head, keeping her half-assed ponytail in place. Also: she looks about eleven or twelve. And she's REALLY FREAKING SHORT. (Another thing: Hedera Rose is extremely skinny, almost to the point of being anorexic.)
I'd like her to have quite sharp teeth: not to the point of sharkish, but sort of like fangs. She does have some traits from her mother, after all.

Natural Form: In her true form, Rose looks rather like Xenian; except with a deep crimson rose instead of whatever that is. Instead of the things holding her down, she has thin thorny vines wrapping around her. Her skin is pale green; and the rest of her details are the same as her human-esque form...except for the clothing; of course.

Avarice demons, tied to the branch of Sin known as Sloth, tend to have incredibly long names which they always informally shorten. Most of this is their 'classification': think of it as the scientific names in the human world for plants and animals. For an example, we shall use Ivy-Rose Toxicodendron, part of the Flower subspecies of the Sloth subspecies of avarice demon.
Ivy-Hedera Rose-Kordesii Omeiensis Pinetorum Toxicodendron is her full name, but here's what it means:
Kordesii, Omeiensis, and Pinetorum are all the names of rose subspecies, which she is closely affiliated with.
Hedera is a genus of 15 species of climbing or ground-creeping evergreen woody plants. Read: vines.
Ivy is one of her power manifests: roses have to grow on something, and what better than vines? Ivy's good for climbing walls! Also: poison ivy, which isn't Ivy but similar enough.
Rose is one of her power manifests, again. The Sloth demon is closely affiliated with roses.
And lastly, Toxicodendron. It's a genus of flowering plants: all have the ability to produce a skin-irritating oil, which can produce a severe allergic reaction. It is also her family's last name; as they all have at least one affinity to a member of the Toxicodendron genus.
Another thing: yes, Hedera is quite skinny, almost anorexic. This seems counterintuitive to Sloth, doesn't it?
The answer's simple.
She simply ends up being too lazy to eat most of the time, only eating the scarce Scrags or minipet that wanders by where her family is. Her subspecies of a subspecies is quite carnivorous.

Hedera-Rose's mother is actually a Gluttony-aligned avarice demon who's sorta a venus flytrap, although her father is Sloth-aligned with white roses. She has a bit of a taste for more...refined food. The family gets along well, with good-natured arguments here and there.
