Who, exactly, has the best? Discuss here.

Frieza, Jeice, Vegeta "Its over 9000!", General Blue, and Commander Red has THE best voice ever.

Vegeta-Tales Any. mine were all English - Funamation dvds. xP ok!, in that case... general blue - spa, eng, jap colonel silver - spa, eng devilman - eng piccolo daimao - spa, eng, jap vegeta - spa, eng, jap freezer - spa, eng(kai) guldo - spa, eng(kai) jeice - spa, eng(kai) recoome - eng(kai).. they made him sound like a dufus in the eng dub mad turles - spa, jap broly - jap, eng bojack - spa, jap yup!... i watch dragon ball in 3 languages (english being FUNimation)
