"Well then, before I get grounded for the next six months, we need to do SOMETHING" she said to the other, thinking of places within Pony Land before thinking of a place "I know!" She said as she nuzzled the flutter "we could go up to the top of our mountain, the view from there is beautiful" she said before realising what she said. "Er...that is if you dont mind being rather cold?" She said as she sighed "im sorry, I guess I shouldnt of said that, I mean, it IS colder then you are probably used to on top, im used to it conciddering im basically made up of ice...or something that allows me to BE in freezing cold places I dont really think at times about others, I could think of somewhere else...?" She asked as she kissed his chee.

Darmani smiled. "I have no problems with the cold. I live in the ice and snow, remember?" He bent and kissed her forehead.

"I know you do" she murred happily "but still, some of the mountain IS colder then other parts, I didnt know if you were used to the coldest parts thats all but since you are then I guess we can go up there, maybe stop off my lake? I have been trying to build a cabin there and while I have enough space for a smallish cabin, I must admit, building cabins isnt my forte. I think I am going to need Ravens help with that, I think its the only way im ever going to get it finished and besides, I dont want to take TOO long on making it, it will be nice to go there for a break in te summer" she said as she rested against "perhaps have a certain flutter ponys company" she said as she licked his cheek.

Darmani smiled. "I think we can arrange that. Anything for the Ice Princess." He kissed her forehead and rested his chin there for a few seconds.

Lemonade blushed a little at the name, unlike her sisters, that name is not a name one would associate with her, it is true her parents were basically ice and her sisters and brother as well but her? She wasnt exactly someone you looked to and would call that. "Then" she said as she closed her eyes and rested agianst him a little more "shall we get going?" She asked, not REALLY wanting to move but meh, she can rest all she wants agianst him once she gets to her valley.

"I will just drop the food back at Moonlights before we go" she said as she looked out to the ocean, it was beautiful here but she had enough of sun for one day, time to go back to where she was alot more comfortable.

Darmani smiled. "Yes, let's get to your home. This sun is nice, but I've had more sun today than in a year's time. I shall be burnt tomorrow." He laughed as he got up and stuck out his hoof to help her.

Lemonade wasnt concintrating on what the flutter was doing so once he moved she fell onto the ground and then just gleared up at him "gee, thats a nice way to treat your girlfriend, would love to see how you treat your enemies" she smiled at him as she teased him before she got up and walked over to the food and started putting it back into the basket.

Darmani grinned. "Enimies? Who needs those when I have you? By Din's flaming arms, I think your family counts as those."

Lemonade bit back the urge to giggle "HEY! Thats my family you are talking about! If we end up in mateship, guess whos going to be YOUR in-laws? Granted, I dont think many people like their in-laws but still, not the point" she said as she threw a strawberry at him playfully.

"And they will probably always view me the way that they do now. Though I suppose it's not their fault they're a little...icy." He chuckled and caught the strawberry in his mouth.

Lemonade rolled her eyes "you could say that jokes just gotten a bit of an icy reception" she said smiling sarcaticly at him "anywho, they wont always be like that, give them time to take it in and they will warm up to you, it is just going to take soime time to 'melt their hearts of ice', to put it your way" she said as she turned back around and ate a strawberry herself as she carried on putting the food away.

He walked beside her. "I understand. I would be upset if my daughter were seeing an older male also. "

"I would be also" Lemonade said as she nuzzled the other before putting he last of the food away, taking out one last piece of cake, closed the basket and laid down to eat it as she spoke to the other "but then again, would we be as judgemental as my parents are?" She asked licking a but of icing off her top lip. "If, and of course this is a BIG if, we had children in future, our daughter wanted to date an older man, would we allow her to?" She asked, nibbling a little on the cake "I dont see why we couldnt as long as she was open to us, telling us she had met guy who was an adult to her yealing but if she kept it hidden I think thats when problems arise" she said taking another bite and swollowing.

Darmani nodded. "If she hid it, it would be a problem. I would want to meet him, though, and perhaps they could have a couple of dates where he came and spent some time with all of us, so that I might know the character of the male. But as long as she was open with us, I wouldn't mind so much."

"Just like we did with my parents?" She said winking at him "granted this wasnt a date but still" she said taking another bite of the cake and swollowing it "I agree with you though but still, I dont think she should have a couple of dates with us. I mean, it is hard enough and scary enough to have a first date as it is without having two parents along with you, and what about a goodnight kiss? That isnt exactly something you want your parents watching" she said taking another bite and savoring the taste as it was the last.
