This is a fact! Miley Cyrus's parents are split up and working on a divorce. The media doesn't know for sure why they are getting divorced but they are saying its due to an affair that Tish was having with Bret Michaels. Miley is very upset about all of this and hopes that everything will work out for the best. Her parents have been married for 17 years now and sadly it has to come to an end.
