Louie slept peacefully in his cave. Once the moon peered through the entrance he knew it was time to wake up. Opening his eyes, he yawned widely. It was deffinatly evening he though. He picked up his head and shook off the dirt from his mane. Yawning again, he slowly got up and stretched each of his legs. Once he finished his stretching, he shook the rest of his body to loosen the dirt and other things that collected overnight. He stood there as tired and sleepy as he was. His horns glinted in the moonlight. He liked his horns, they were that of dragons. He was special to have them. He spread his gold wings and stretched them to the sides. He walked out into the bright light and squinted. It was really bright and the moon was full that was for sure he thought. He looked around. He wondered where his mate went off to. Shrugging he walked toward the stream that was near his cave. Or his and his mates cave he should say.

Louie walked into the moonlight more and noticed a silver stallion standing there. He looked so handsom in the light. It made him fall in love again. "Louis, is that you?" He asked kind of making a joke. He smiled and walked closer to his mate. He noticed the red thorns on Louis shone a bright red against his silver body. He nuzzled Louis' neck and smiled.

Louie smiled and nickered loudly. "No i could never sleep that long to miss some time with my favorite mate" He said nuzzling Louis again. He loved spending every moment with his mate. Louis was special to him. He was the first one who accepted him and now since they had foals they became even closer. He couldnt wish for a more perfect love.

Louie smiled. "You know what I meant love" He said while he nuzzled his mate again. Louis was so funny at times. He was glad to have a mate who understood things. As he was thinking his stomach growled. It told him that he was hungry. "So whats there for food love?" he asked. He didnt meant o be blunt about it but he was a little hungry.

Louie smiled and snuzzled Louis again. "Ill go find us both something if ya like" he said while eyeing the wide open space lite by the moon. He wondered what would be around this time of night. He started to walk around leaving his mate by the water's edge. Sniffing at the air he caught the hint of a dying creature. He smiled and bared his fangs. Since it was already dying he wouldnt care as much. He saw it was an old badger and sighed. He still felt guilt a bit but he thought he would ease the animals pain by helping it on its way out. He snuck up on the animal and sunk his teeth into the neck he drew out some blood but then realized his mate might have been hugry as well. So he picked up the animal in his mouth and brought it back to Louis. "I thought you might be hungry as well" He said as he dropped it in front of Louis' feet.

Louie smiled and sneeze as his mate brushed his tail over his nose. He shook his head for about a minute sneezing then finally calmed down. "I know Louis, but I just wanted to do something nice for you thats all." he said while following his lover. He didnt want Louis upset with him.

Louie smiled and followed Louis willingly. He would go anywhere his mate went. He would follow him to the ends fo the earth just to be with him adn see him happy. "Sounds like a plan love." he said
