Name: Coriander Honeyral Species: Raccoon Gender: Female Nature: Contented Age: Adult Clan: Woodhaven Stats: Hp - 10 Mp - 14 Sp - 12 Base attack - 2 Base magic - 3
Relatives: While not truly related to her, Coriander cares very deeply for her Aunt Freya and so often visits her home in Mossflower, a burrow beneath an old tree's roots. Aunt Freya has recently birthed some kits, and Coriander enjoys playing with them very much, as she is more than a bit motherly.
Personality: Coriander is rather happy with her simple life, and does not wish to 'rise above her station.' She likes everything the way it is, though she is not against change. Coriander likes to cook, bake especially, and many people like the bread and small cakes she makes. Coriander is soft spoken, but she will speak out if she has passion for the subject. Rarely does she succumb to rage and anger, and the worst she tends to get is stern. She can be frightened, and when she is her self preservation instinct tends to kick in. When in such a state, her mind sometimes blanks out, which isn't always a good thing, since, if it were working, she might be able to think her way out of the problem.

Home
Summary Coriander lives in a small cave-burrow under some rocks. They are larger than herself, but not too big, and she has, with some help, dug a home underneath it. There is a fair sized rock covering half the entrance that does not move, and she jokingly says that her door will always be open to anyone. She's got a small kitchen with a small stove made of stone, and she likes to bake and others say that her creations are quite tasty. There is a small den with a table and chairs, a room for herself, and a small tunnel she uses as a window, but could exit through if she needed to. Her home is furnished as cozily as she can have it, with bits of fabric here and there to make everything look colorful and cheery as well as small knickknacks she thinks are interesting. There are "shelves" on the wall, but they're more like holes dug out so there could be room to display things. Her kitchen, little more than a stove and cookfire, also has a small well dug down into the ground where Coriander stores her food, which is protected as well as she can make it from worms and other digging bugs. (Which she tends to store as food themselves if she finds them lurking about her stored things.
Outside On the outside, Coriander's home appears to be a lump of rocks and boulders atop a very small mound. There is a small patch of flowers and herbs that grow around it, bordered in my a small fence made of tiny sticks and twigs roped together by a thin vine. A short ways inside the small cave the rocks form is a rounded stone that sits upright. It spans half the width of the entrance and is stuck fast into the rock, unable to be moved. If one were to go into the hole / entrance beside it, it would lead into Coriander's home. Because her home is on a tiny hill, it does not flood when it rains. However, because her home is made mostly from the rocks, not all the holes could be filled up, and there are leaks.
Entry / Den In order to enter Coriander's house, often refereed to as a burrow, one must go past the large rounded stone, or 'door' and down the entry way, which is enough size for a raccoon of Coriander's size. There is a short decent down a hallway of sorts, the wall made of the rocks and stone and the floor a combination of stone and dirt. Farther down the hallway, the floor and walls slowly turn to packed earth, which is usually cool as it does not get much sun. After the short trip down the entry hall, the walls open to reveal a fair sized room carved out of the ground. There are a few chairs made of sticks and a few tables as well to make for ample seating for company. There is a small fireplace made from well places pebbles and small rocks, and made use of one of the holes in her home's rock pile exterior. When company is over, it is kept lit for both warmth and light, as little light reaches into her window-less home. A small pile of sticks and twigs sit next to the fireplace, and a large clay vase sits beside that, filled with water from when it rains and her home leaks. Carved into the walls are holes of various sizes to store and display a large collection of knickknacks, various trinkets Coriander has collected over her life. A tunnel on the right leads down to Coriander's rooms, and there is a doorway that leads off to the kitchen, which is close enough that parts of it can be seen. The den is either lit by the fireplace, the candles that sit in various cubbyholes and on various tables, or, if during the day when she is alone, by only the small pinpricks of light from the sun, which shine in from above various containers to catch water for when it rains.
Kitchen The kitchen is to the left of the den and is close enough to the den that Coriander can tell what's going on with her guests even while she is cooking. There are cubbyholes in the walls to store her cooking utensils, sharp pebbles for cutting, flat ones for plates, a few acorn bowls and one or two carved from wood. She has a stone stove which, like the fireplace in her den, let's it smoke exit from a hole in her rocky home. On either side of the stove is a counter carved from the wall, made of the same packed earth as her floors. On one end of the counter is a small well which holds a large seashell that is often filled with water. Next to the shell, and next to the counter, is a container of water that serves two purposes, to catch the rain and to refill the shell. A deep, but small, acorn sits next to the shell, and Coriander will fill the shell by scooping the water using the acorn. When the water in the shell becomes dirty from cleaning her dishes, she takes the shell and dumps the water down a chute located in the corner of the kitchen. When she had asked for help digging her house, someone suggested the garbage chute, a deep hole with a wide room at the bottom. While she has never seen what's down there, it doesn't stink, but she can occasionally hear movement. Because she likes to bake, Coriander keeps a variety of pans to make her treats, most of them made from seashells. They are kept in a large cubbyhole near the one of fresh leaves to wrap her treats. Her pantry, a small, dark room dug a small ways below her kitchen, is usually fully stocked with things she uses often. There are containers of various sizes and materials holding a number of things she uses, including some of her live ingredients. Sometimes, she will catch earthworms in her hold, and tends to catch them when she finds them, and makes them into something. Because she needs only to feel what she needs, there is only a single candle on the wall that usually remains unlit.
Bedroom Coriander's bedroom is the only room in the house with an actual window. When her house was being made, it was suppose to be used as a back door, or escape tunnel, and it leads up into the rocks to a spot hidden from the outside. It is rather small, but she could use it if she needs to. Because she never uses it, she has furnished it as a window, with curtains to the side and crisscrossed twigs blocking entrance (However, they can easily be removed in case of flood or other disaster for escape). Coriander's bed, a small platform of dirt and covered in soft grasses, moss, and leaves, is large and resides out of direct light from the window. There is a low table across from her bed which she uses as both seating space and a place to keep more trinkets. Because no one really comes in her room, there is also a pile of random things in the free space between the table and the window. Coriander tends to collect things, hence all the knickknacks, but felt that those in the pile were too big or weird to put on display elsewhere. Because she will sometimes collect without noticing, she does not know what everything in the pile is and needs to go through it often. Because her room is lower than the rest of her home, it is often cooler. During the winter, Coriander will sometimes ignore her room and sleep in her den near the fireplace. Because she is not in her room during the winter, she does not notice when the random items she keeps begin to pile up, and 'spring cleaning' is mostly making enough room so she can once more reach her bed.

Relationships
Aunt Freya: While not really Coriander's aunt, Freya loves Coriander dearly and even helped raise her. Freya recently moved farther from the center of Woodhaven, and from Coriander, but is still close enough for frequent visits. Freya is a raccoon, like Coriander, and has recently birthed some kits, who absolutely love Coriander, and she them.
