I noticed that people have been joining the Roleplay, but haven't necessarily posted anything at all, and I was wondering if there was any reason other than just lack of time.
Any suggestions to possibly increase active roleplaying would be appreciated.
(I would've posted this in Suggestions & Questions, but I didn't think it'd be noticed)

Yeah, I just joined, and one thing I really don't care for is the Roleplay subforum set up...it's cool in all playing Hide an go seek (referring to the multiple threads for different locations), but not there. :l also kills the style of RPing I do.

Ohey Ray, glad you finally joined. And yeah, I mentioned the Roleplay forum setup in the Suggestions & Questions subforum, but I never got anything back on it. I brought it up in the mod subforum too, but I'm still waiting on a response on it. I was beginning to think that maybe I was the only one who thought it was a little unnecessary, or it could just be us.

Makes sense. Was pretty much browsing the roleplay forum, and you know.. I cannot lie either, RP is hard to follow with all the threads. I can only imagine that it will only get harder to follow with all the locations that haven't been used yet, you know? I see a bunch of zero's with the unused locations. Such a spam of threads that will go no where. It's a nice though but eh.., I think it should just be one thread. Plain and simple.

Just created my character last night. I'm in school for the summer, so I'm going to be on now and then, but at least intend to get a post out soon as soon as I figure out where I want to start my character off at. I think some may be like that as well ( those who have posted up their characters ) but then again, I can't speak for anyone other than myself.
I do also feel that the roleplaying forums can be changed as well. Maybe it was setup like that in the first place seeing as more discussion has been going on more than anything else right about now, lol. Who knows.

I liked the rp section the way it was set up before. Allows for a cleaner rp in my opinion. Keeps you from getting lost in the story unlike in a normal thread.

I think once the roleplay section gets bigger and we have more members we will go back to the different subforums once it is necessary. At this point, having the roleplay section that heavily divided will only make it harder to jump in and understand what's going on.

I created a character for the roleplay, but when i first tried to join in and start posting, i found it very hard to start off. I agree with you guys on the many different rp areas, since they don't have specific times as to when they were used in the rp it's hard to follow the story when you have to jump around as such.
I think one thread would probably be best. People could simply ask what had happened and jump back in. As for now i've been reluctant to post due to this confusion. Having the style changed would probably be a big help in my opinion.

I'm going to be completely 100% honest with all of you.... I'm so burnt out on roleplaying it's not even funny. I've lost all interest and frankly I'm at a point in my life where I don't even know what I'm doing is the best thing for me. (In my early 20's) Thanks Lt for the invite, but I don't think I'll be able to contribute at all to this guild. Lets be honest... Guilds these days either don't last long or are never active. I hate to be a negative nancy, but I just can't see any progress. Don't let me drag you guys down though. You guys just do your best and have fun with it all. It was great meeting you guys xD and for those I didn't meet... Have a good one smile
