POKEMON.
Yeah. You know what it is. Well I have 3 alternate civilians to raffle off and a very important question to ask you before I can add you to my raffle list. If your character was a pokemon trainer, which pokemon would they use?********************* STUFF YOU NEED TO KNOW: 1) This raffle closes Friday July 8th at noon PST. The 3 winners rolled will get a new civilian outfit for the character they entered with. 2) You can only enter once, and you can only enter with one character. This character must be an official character - no quests, sorry! 3) You can edit your post up until the time the raffle closes. Choosing pokemon is really difficult, I know. His powered (page) form is the best version of his updated hair)) Outfit References: Vest + Shirt | Vest | Pants | Pocket Watch 1 | Pocket Watch 2 | ShoesAzzo is often found in an outfit much like this, he wears his sleeves like Patrick Jane's 'rolled' or 'pushed' up near his elbows. His button up shirts are normally colors like pale blue, purple, or maroon. His pants and vests often match colors, in shades of grey or black, with patterns on the vest and sometimes they follow down to the pants. (see refs above) He also normally wears his grandfather's pocket watch with these outfits. (No tie.) This is sort of his his 'work'/'normal' outfit type deal. He also normally wears those boots, but they're not easy to see since his pants almost drag the ground and tend to hide some/most of the boot. Who's That Pokemon???: (I think he'd probably have all the fire type dog pokemon but this one would probably be his favorite.)

So the images following are for inspiration in the patchwork/random pointless belts/pinned on sleeves kind of look. Maybe a cool bowler hat. >> A small goatee under his lip. I love his lock necklace/rings/braceletts, too. Really, however you want to play with it is A-okay by me. Not so much the skulls in the inspiration designs though. Maybe an ironic tie? I dunno! I'm really really open to interpretation, of course. Faux hawk similar to his Eternal stage, if no hat on his head. Random pink remaining is also fun. ANYWAY. I am very very open to artistic interpretation/initiative, so have fun. Definitely nothing exact here. SCHOOLGIRL CHIC, she likes pleated skirts and rain boots and uniform jackets. Who's That Pokemon???: It's Petilil! It's a female-only species with no counterpart, and grows when it is exposed to the sun. They can revitalize their partners! (It also has an attack, Healing Wish, in which it knocks itself out to revive their partners.)

So, this is pretty much CC with these notes in mind--I'm really open to whatever you come up with! Penelope likes to be comfortable, but she also believes that one should look classy and coordinated. Dresses and semi-casual pants suits are the norm, along with appropriate accessories. She prefers jewel tones and neutral colors, avoiding anything overly bright or flashy. She dislikes showing too much skin, so she avoids shorts, skirts above the knee, and sleeveless shirts (unless paired with a jacket). Who's That Pokemon???: Dweeble!
